I used to go to little Ceasars all the time growing up. It was great being able to get a hot n ready pizza for cheap, and they were pretty dang good too. For some reason I just hadn't been to one in nearly 8 years. I was craving pizza and was driving by this location and instantly decided to stop. I was super excited and saw the 'extra most bestest' and asked about it. I was told it had extra of everything. While waiting I was almost worried it would be too cheesy or too much pepperoni. Unfortunately had to wait for the hot and 'ready' pizza, but wasn't really an issue for me. Finally got the pizza, took it home and started eating it. I quickly realized that little Ceasars no longer has good pizza. Super light cheese, sauce and pepperoni. The toppings didn't even start until like 2 inches from the edge of the pizza. It made me wonder how much would come on the regular pepperoni pizza. The pizza dough was super dry. This is the worst pizza I've had in probably 8 years. Maybe little Ceasars really wasn't ever that good? All I know is unless they're giving pizza away for free, I will never go to any little Ceasars location ever again. I only rated 2 stars because something would have to really go wrong to get 1 star. You can pay 8.99 for a hot n ready bad pizza or go to Dominos and get a 3 topping large pizza for 7.99. Pretty...
Read moreI'm perfectly aware that we're in the middle of a pandemic and small businesses are flickering out one by one everyone but I really appreciate those small businesses that are appreciative to see anyone walking in the door and are at least trying.. I walked in there trying to get some cheesey breadsticks and when I asked for them, the young man behind the counter reached into the warm box and attempted to give me some that looked like they been there for days and the only reason I got to see them was because I asked him if I'd be able to get one fresh out the oven and he was getting ready to object and opened the box to show me some old stale cheese bread. REALLY? Then I wait for almost ten minutes for the fresh one and when I asked for napkins, he looked under the counter, behind him and walked all the way around just to come back around and tell me we don't have any! No one in there wears a net to cover their hair, no gloves and most importantly not one of them had a mask on but there's a big old sign on the door stating "No Mask, No Service" and my experience still sucked almost as bad as their...
Read moreSent my son in to get the pretzel Pizza that was advertised because I’m disabled and not able to walk in there myself we got all the way home. The pizza was incorrect. There was no pretzel crust! So my son went back in. He said “ we are out of salt” something he should’ve told my son before he ordered the pizza didn’t even offer to replace the pizza, offer a refund, didn’t offer anything anything extra nothing the pizza was now cold and now I’ve wasted my gas. The pizza was not good. Customer Service was not good ever since they switched ownership a couple months back it is not been ! I work with a lot of people that go there for lunch and now I will be telling all of them NOT To go there! I work in Customer Service myself and I would’ve at least told them that we were out of the crust, that they wanted and I would’ve offered something else when they would’ve came back in. I would’ve offered him something free or their money back or both needless to say I will NOT be going back there and I’m telling all my friends and family NOT...
