#illiteratemillenials Shopping at Westminster mall with my son for school clothes yesterday and found this store to be so ridiculously priced at $30 for a tee. But, also found these kids working in this store aren't very smart and struggle with on the spot mathematics. The store had signs up 2/$60 mens pants. The pants rang up at $39.95 reg price. The cashier asked person in charge if she should just ring up at $30 each. He responded with no $30.95 each because of tax. Reviewing the receipt shows tax clearly on the bottom .I was overcharged on these pants. When I questioned the person in charge he just looked at me like I was the stupid one. Then asked if I wanted him could adjust the receipt. I said um Yes please because I was over charged. The cashier had trouble bringing up the receipt on the cash register. After trying for literally almost 10 minutes I said never mind. I explained to the cashier that I would not be the only customer that will be complaining about being ripped off. She said to me in a soft voice..I know. Zumiez...might wanna think about a little training for your personal. Its embarrassing for the store. They're...

Tulsa OK Woodland Hills mall location sent us home with a anti theft tag on a $75 backpack. Clothes were fine. But backpack no. Wouldn’t be a big deal if I lived close but I had driven almost an hour home. Mgr Shelby said sorry, I can find a really strong magnet and try and remove it or drive back in…so that round trip would cost me probably $60 in gas and two hours out of my day but hey she’s willing to return the item and then resell it to me for a big 10% off. Gee thx Shelby. Like I told her it is not my fault when they don’t do their job. Won’t spend another penny at Zumiez. Update: I didn’t want to damage by removing it myself due to its location to zipper..,BUT I broke out the tool bag and did it...

There is a skateboard marked $59.99 that I went to pay for and was told they made a mistake and it should have been $159.99, the girl working said her manager, Madison Schmidt would not honor the price marked, but would call her higher ups to see if they'd be willing to match the sticker's price. I called and Madison was extremely rude and said her last day is Friday to call corporate and give them her name. This was seriously the worst experience I've ever had in Zumiez. I hope they get someone intelligent and nicer....
