Vocelli Pizza — Restaurant in Mt. Lebanon

i used to order from here all the time when i lived within delivery range! they had amazing customer service and amazing delivery times. i never had an issue.

now i order through uber, and i understand how that system works. buuuut i do call in after i place my order to ask for lite italian dressing.

any other place i call in, they have 0 issue talkin about making a small note on the slip. here, they get cranky about it, and they ask around to their manager like confused people who never thought to make a small note. i call right after placing the order, like same minute. they ask their manager if they’re allowed to do that, or they say they can’t do that because UbEr EaTs.

no offense, but it isn’t rocket science. and it isn’t hard because i have never had anyone act this way regarding an uber eats before. and i’ve called other pizza places, fast food places, etc.

do better. what happened to the good crew they had...

The other day I went to pick up my order , and while paying the cashier I checked my food ,and noticed my order was wrong ,so I explain to the cashier that I had ordered toppings on my pizzas, she then becomes irate and tells me its my fault the toppings were not on them so ,I showed her my online order and she refused to except the fact that they were wrong .Now it’s close to there closing time ,and I'm ready to go so I give them benefit of the doubt and was willing to take my order with the toppings on the side she still refused to give me my toppings even through it was a three topping special. Management eventually gets involved and gives me the pepperoni on the side just for me to go home and realize the pizzas...

tried to order online and they had the wrong address under my phone number which is no big deal but i repeated my address after the person taking the order seemed insanely annoyed that THEY had a different address and after i gave it again he sighed and angrily told me to give my address again which i started to when he audibly sighed AGAIN and told me to hold on and seemed confused that they didn’t have the right address when that’s ALREADY been established and then told me to basically shut up for a second even though HE ASKED ME FOR MY ADDRESS… i just don’t understand the problem here i hung up immediately and took my business to another pizza place. just bad service. so rude and unpleasant. won’t...
