A50 offers a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that lets you progress at your own pace. The small group setting (no more than 10 people) allows the coaches to work with you to customize the program to your individual needs and abilities. The sessions are only 35 minutes long but are impactful. Each one starts with stretching exercises, followed by a circuit of three strength training exercises and ends with a cardio component. There is no competition and sometimes each person is doing a different variation of the same exercise! And the best part — there is no jumping!
They offer many sessions and you have the flexibility to sign-up for the three that best meet your schedule each week — you are not locked into a particular schedule making it easier to stick with the program.
