Arby's — Restaurant in Muhlenberg Township

If I could leave less stars then 1, I would. To begin my journey of ordering food, I was immediately greeted with immense disrespect. The staff was rude, almost as if they didn’t want to be there. I ordered my food, excited to eat this wonderful meal (not so wonderful now…) just for my order to be completely wrong. I received a honey mustard wrap instead of the ranch wrap I ordered. Who the hell like honey mustard. When I said something about it, the staff immediately started arguing with me. They wouldn’t give me a refund or fix the order. Instead, they disrespected me once again. Later that evening, I decided to try again. I ordered the same order for delivery through Uber eats. Same thing happened. As an lgbtq black male, I feel this was intentional, and not by mistake. I called the Arby’s 3 times to get this fixed, they didn’t answer. I called the other Arby’s near here, they answered immediately. While they couldn’t help much with my situation, the staff there gave me a shoulder to cry on. In beyond angry. I had the brisket sandwich one day the cheddar on beef another day and their French fries their food is good but the place that we ate at on 5th Street was kind of dingy which made it look dirty the people behind the counter are great but it just was not lit well. WOW,WOW!!!! I WENT BACK TO ARBY'S TO EAT ON MARCH 16TH MY GOD THE PLACE LOOKED GREAT EVERYTHING WAS SPOTLESS EVERYTHING WAS BRIGHT, IT LOOK LIKE THE CEILING HAD FRESH PAINT ALL NEW LIGHT BULBS IN ALL THE FIXTURES ABOVE THE TABLES THE SODA STATION AND CONDIMENT STATION WAS SPOTLESS. WHEN I WALKED IN IT WAS ME AND FRIEND OF MINE TO SEE THAT THERE WAS A GIRL WIPING DOWN ALL THE TABLES AND THERE WAS NO CUSTOMERS THERE AT ALL WHICH WAS AWESOME TO SEE. THE FOOD WAS GREAT THE ATMOSPHERE WAS GREAT THE BATHROOM WAS GREAT TO. THE OWNER DID A GREAT JOB FIXING THIS PLACE UP AFTER COVID HAD STARTED TO LIFT. KUDOS TO THE OWNER...

The employees were not mean or nasty, that was the only reason I gave 1 star, however this whole place was dirty, filthy gross. I did not notice right away but after being there(eating dinner there) a little while I noticed more and more. Bathrooms were horrible, the soda fountain was probably the worst of all. My wife got my 1st drink for me but after going for a refill I noticed an awful smell coming from the drink dispenser. Upon closer inspection there was a slimy looking mold and just all around crud at different points of the soda fountain. Now the food was kind of a joke also. My chicken sandwich was a extremely thin layer of about 10% chicken 90% breading.
