Don’t give them your money. They refuse to refund an order never picked up. I placed an order on the app but didn’t realize it was for a store 2 miles away. The Dunkin we went to said to simply call the original and that they would refund us. Nope. The girl who answered first stated, that there were no drive through mobile orders. I said it was 45 minutes ago. She said nope, we have none. I asked “you've had no mobile order in The last hour” to which she then replied yes we have. I swear my brain was broken thinking, “then how do you know you didn’t get my order, since you didn’t ask my name, or any other detail?” She says what’s your name. I give it and immediately she says nope, it’s not here which, lol, it’s sure AF on my bank statement. She proceeded to speak over me and insist that I contact her manager tomorrow to “see about” a refund but that I should really just do it online. She didn’t give me the chance to state that it was under a guest order, and that I could tell her the amount and last four of the card used, before hanging up on me. Dunkin has horrible customer service, in general, but, this was over the top rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Placing the responsibility on the customer to call multiple times to get a refund for something they didn’t receive, is ridiculous. Guess who else works a 8-5? Everyone. Read moreSo this dunkin has always been in a problem in my life. So my man and I first learned about this dunkins problems when we pulled through the drive through i asked for my normal dunkin order. A strawberry dragonfruit refresher and a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. The girl tells us shes not making food today i asked why not she said because she doesnt feel like it. So my man pulls around and tells her she cant do that. She proceeds to yell at my man and tell us she can bc she a manager. Long story short we called corporate filed a complaint they contacted the store the store manager called me saying she was not a manager and that i will get my whole meal for free next time which i never did bc i never went back. On top of that i have been doordashing dunkin for a little bit now. I didnt realize till today thats the dunkin they werr going to. My order is ALWAYS incorrect. They opened today at 6 when i ordered at 615 when dasher got there at 620 they said they are out of apple and orange juice. HOW? You just opened. And I'm sure they're mostly school age children HOWEVER when you work customer service you should, at the VERY MINIMUM be sort of polite.. First time I went there they weren't serving food . Weird but ok.. second time I went there, now two months later, they're STILL not serving food.. again WEIRD but ok.. so I ordered drinks.. and sat at the window for about 5 minutes while my drinks sat on a cart everyone I could see standing around was looking at me like I was stupid..... then when the little girl finally gave me my drinks she had the biggest attitude like I was inconveniencing her day.. I had to check MYSELF before saying something rude.. because I'm an adult, you know treat them how I want someone to treat my kids.. but man. It was hard..
