Had my order canceled for a legitimate reason but was not told that by text, phone call or email. I only got a text so I stopped by to see if I could pick up pizza, thinking there was a delivery situation (for a work event). I tried to call several times, per instructions in the text but no one picked up. The manager was extremely rude. I understand it was a stressful situation but he overreacted by snapping at me “I called 4 x!” And I said, “I was at work and did not have access to my phone and it would be nice if you had left a message.” He made it clear he does not leave messages “because no one listens to them.” He also told me he was picking up an employee and that is why he dis not answer the phone. Keep in mind he was rude to me when I explained I did not have access to my phone due to work duties. I would have listened to a message for sure, my phone records all messages and alerts me, I was providing food for 14 people and at that point had less than 30 minutes before the event. This left me with very little time for a Plan B, which also meant I had to go over budget to pay for it. When I left he snarled at me “have a nice day.” Thanks Dominoes for showing me who you...
Read moreThe customer satisfaction page didn’t pop up to leave a review so I decided to leave it here.
The picture here is a neglected pizza. The story starts with the pizza leaving the oven, getting cut, and then getting seasoned. But they realize as soon as they double-check the receipt, it says well done. So, they put it back in the oven halfway and wait till it’s done. Since it’s cut, there is no need to do it again, and since it has garlic, there is no need to add it again. Once it was out of the oven, it was looked at for a couple seconds and then boxed up, completely ditching the quality check.
And now we are here. As a former employee At Dominos, I can say there was an opportunity to “wow” the customer, and it didn’t happen. If the quality check wasn’t skipped, many things could’ve happened, like giving an extra 20oz, or an order of lava cakes, or even a credit. There is no need after putting garlic oil on it and then cutting it to put it back in the oven. There are ways to satisfy a customer after this, just wish someone there took...
Read moreUpdate, this used to be a great store but since all employees are new it's frustrating to get a correct order. I have been coming to this location for years and recently it's not the best experience. I do things a certain way. I always do custom orders and carry out. I never pay until I see the pizza. Apparently this I now an issue? I went in and told them I had a carry out order. The girl asked my name told me the price and said I needed to pay. I told her I never pay until I see the food is correct. She stated people don't do that. I said well I do and I'm not paying for food that could be wrong. She walks away from the counter then the girl running the oven said it was fine and your food will be ready shortly. I don't think I am wrong for wanting to get my food made correctly. Everyone one here looks pretty young and in college so not sure if this has anything to do with the weird attitude and confusion about how I do buisness here. If this is the new normal here I will find a...
