This morning (July12) I went to this store to purchase some donuts and muffins for a meeting. I wanted to order 6 Blueberry muffins and was told there were only 4 available and I could select another kind. I asked what was available and Chocolate Chip was the only other option, so I ordered 4 of those also. I then proceeded to order 1 dozen donuts. I'm sorry that I chose to not get a receipt because the donuts were stale and the muffins were hard and not moist either. Out of the 8 muffins, only 3 were sort of eaten and 4 out of 12 donuts were taken and mostly dumped in the trash. There were 16 people at this meeting. Of course out of courtesy no one said anything, but that was $31 out of my pocket that ended up in the trash this morning. If I had kept my receipt, I would have returned the remaining items for a refund. Won't be "Dunkin'" again. On the positive side, the establishment was well staffed (not very enthusiastic) and the eating area looked clean...

Read moreI ordered my usual iced coffee in advance. They were not busy on an early Sunday morning. When I was handed my drink, I could tell it wasn't coffee by the color. I told the young lady at the window and no effort was made to help me. I moved on thinking maybe it was really weak and didn't taste it til about 20-30 min later. I was then sure it was wrong so I went back and went inside. Right away, I was told I was mistakenly given iced tea by the young lady who made it. I felt bad going in evidently unhappy, but the point was not the mistaken order. What upset me was that no care was taken to double check my order when I first brought it up. They weren't busy. You couldn't turn and double check it was coffee? Going forward, I hope you can do better and make me feel like I'm actually listened to. UPDATE 9/2 was handed my drink and had to remind them of food. Avocado "toast" was not...
