The place is a cozy area, but the customer service was a 3/5. I went on a Wednesday afternoon so it was only my party. The waitress did a good job checking on us at the start, but my party never heard from the waitress or chef while we ate. When we stood up and walked to the counter (for refills on water and to pay), both times was met with a long wait of silence. It was almost as if the people left the store.

I ordered an X-large pizza with garlic sauce, tomato’s, spinach, and extra select cheese blend. For an appetizer, I ordered the French bread with cheese. I think the appetizer fulfilled expectations, but the pizza missed the spot. The pizza sauce seemed to have been consumed by the cheese or barely existed. Rather than the garlic sauce, I would recommend getting regular marinara then use the appetizer sauce. There was plenty enough of sauce for the appetizer to spare for the pizza. Additionally, I would recommend skipping the cheese topping too. It was only good straight out of the oven, but afterwards the warmth in the cheese revealed another tasteless topping. The quantity of the food does make up for the prices, but I would only go again for the French bread...

I have been a patron of this place for years and the food is magnificent. The pizza breadsticks salads are all exceptional. The problem with this visit is I stood at the counter long enough to watch a particular employee. She worked the register, and began cleaning up a bit, she had gloves on and came to the front of the house and picked up and dragged a very dirty rug around trying to get the wrinkles out, she pulled it one way and then pulled it the other way where she then went STRAIGHT TO THE FOOD AREA WITHOUT SO MUCH AS CHANGING HER GLOVES OR WASHING HER HANDS. she acted very rude and dismissive when I said ‘you need to change your gloves before you handle my pizza.’ I was shocked. Either way she threw her dirty gloves in the counter next to the breadsticks and put on one clean glove. Her boss I assume, a guy who seemed to be in charge stood along side her, turned and walked away. It definitely changed how I feel...

I usually love Greek's pizza, but have never actually had to order it myself. Their pizza is amazing, have no doubt, but this one experience is going to deter me from ordering for a while. I was babysitting at a house that I did not know the address on New Year's Eve, only realizing it after I had started placing the order. I ran around trying to find something with the address. I realized it was taking a bit of time to find it, so I began to tell the employee that I would call back in a few minutes once I got the address. He snipped back at me, saying "Yeah we're really busy so call back once you find the f*ing address." Then hung up on me. I understand that the holidays are stressful for pizza places, working at one myself, but that is no excuse to curse at customers over the phone and rudely hang up. I hope that this is brought to the attention of the...

This location has been here for decades and still does not disappoint. The unique street cafe, bistro style interior is still one of the coolest around. I mean how often do you see red carpet throughout a restaurant nowadays. Buttery garlic breadsticks were delicious and marinara is the best around. We got the bbq chicken with Sweet Baby Ray's sauce and it was stupendous. This legendary BSU location is worth the stop.
