I have a dairy allergy so the only donuts I can have are the vegan donuts. When this location was being talked about, it was advertised as they were going to have vegan donuts so I was beyond ecstatic. However, every single time I have called or stopped into the store to get some, I am told they are out. This morning I was finally just told that they are not making vegan donuts at all because they didn’t sell when they were making them. I was also then told it was the owners choice. Super nice manager, but man I’m let down every time I go , today I ordered in the drive thru and waited behind another car for over 20 minutes! How long can it take to pour a coffee or put a donut in a bag, I was a lost customer when this happened. Not to mention this hasn’t been the first time! We were very excited to give a new business a chance in the village, as the turnover is very high and we LOVE donuts, but have been very disappointed. More than half the times we are there they are out of donuts, the smoothies are ice and syrup (couldn't even finish it), and most recently we tried their ice cream.
