I have been their Two times,I was supporting my sister in her journey to have the blessing to walk again and possibly less physical pain,A program at ball state unit, trial and error but persistent into a solution,So walk down to two times to McDonald's one time was in the afternoon when it was still in the 30s and 40s out that was a week or two couple weeks ago I went to support my sister and I walked down there and got me a daily double and a large Coke that had a clean parking lot drive through was busy but it was moving he was clean inside the store everything was stocked pretty much the people behind the counter you know they welcome you they ask you how could they help you they were quick to get you in and take care of you. I didn't notice that your handicap dip on the side of the street where main Street is is by the side door that you can't open from the outside and so if your handicap and you can't step up on the sidewalk you have to walk down to the side of McDonald's where the dip is walk onto the sidewalk and then walk back towards the doors that open into McDonald's at least another 40 to 50 ft if not 60 ft and a lady who appeared to be a little disabled in a little aged had to walk out of her way to go and get on the sidewalk by the side door but she couldn't open the side door she had to walk all the way down to the main doors to get in and that's a little much for a handicapped people so maybe they can think about putting another dip in there you know to help out help people get closer to the door when they get on the sidewalk anyway besides that the overall service there was great the food was good, Atmosphere was...
Read moreThis McDonald's location is the absolute worst. If you go through the drive-thru you will always be asked to pull forward to wait for your food. They will then forget about you, give your food to someone else, or take 20 mins to get you your food. Theu care more about their drive-thru time then their actual customers. The last time I visited this location, when asked to pull forward, I stated I would wait for my food at the window. This was after I had already received my drinks and half my food. I got told if I didn't pull forward they would call the cops on me. I told them I'd call corporate. They called the cops and I called corporate. The local office in Muncie basically never did anything. I called several times, went about 3 times, and I'm still waiting on a call back months later. My child is still afraid to go to this location because they think the police are always gonna get called if we go to this location. Drive-thru times should never be more important then the service you customers receive. I can understand sometimes needing someone to pull forward but not every time and if you are going to have them pull forward then at least be prompt and accurate about getting the...
Read moreHad to give one star, could not post otherwise. It was awful! Had to order at a kiosk because no one would come to the counter. However, selected the option to pay at the counter. We were the only customers inside at the time and were stared at for some time before being waited on. No greeting, no apology. Ok, they're having a rough night. Then I get my nuggets that I had ordered honey sauce with (and quite the discussion with my 17 year old nephew on whether I wanted honey or honey mustard) I saw that I had received honey mustard. Went to the counter (with the honey mustard) and states that I would like the honey that I ordered. She first told me that the order came up with honey mustard, then acted like she wasn't even sure what honey was. Once I rejoined my family at the table, the manager said to the employee, most people do order honey mustard, not to worry about it, she was good. I have worked many years in fast food/retail and this manager should be ashamed of the way she is training her employees that the customer is...
