If I could rate this horrible place a negative rating I would. The employees working here act and look like druggies. They generally appear to be toothless, disrespectful, and it wouldn't surprise me if the food line is putting their own secret sauce in the mayonnaise if ya know what I mean!? Not even an hour after I left from the toothless magoo night crew drive through I went home feeling like having food poisoning and still do. The lady who was working the fry station seemed as though she wasn't even aware of her surroundings, what she was doing, or how to even do her job right. It also seemed as though she was trying to hide whatever she was laughing hysterically about which was concerning to me and had me wondering if there was something wrong with the food. The mayo was rubbed into the bun so that looked raunchy and it also smelled strange. The fries tasted like they were rolled in cinnamon before frying them yuck! I know its sad that druggies need money to survive too, but please stop hiring these losers if they can't do their minimum wage job. In my opinion the only reason Rallys and Checkers are still in business is, because people try to save money using the coupons. I've had multiple occasions where I've recieved terrible customer service from this company/franchise and am at my last straw. I will NEVER be ordering from one of these again. My sincerest hopes there can be something done about these issues! I'll be lucky if I don't end up throwing up after...
Read moreWe’ve never had such disrespectful and unprofessional customer service until today. Understandably, they were busy and we had gone through the drive-thru and we remained patient as we understood they didn’t have many helping hands. When I called them as we had driven out and realized they gave us the wrong order, we were told to go ahead and come back so they could give us our correct order. So when we did so, not only did they give my spouse attitude when he came in, but they were VERY unprofessional in handling the situation. It was not our fault that we received the wrong order and we did immediately turn around and asked if it would be okay if we did come back to receive the right one. We were instructed to go ahead and come back and come inside so they could give us the right one. When my spouse did so, he was treated terribly by having an employee hold up his hand to him basically hushing him before he could explain or speak and another employee was also giving him attitude for coming in. Now we don’t like to burden customer service workers because we understand their jobs can be overwhelming, but if we are coming to them politely and from a place of understanding, it’s very off-putting and deterring from a place to be treated rudely by their employees. I hope that this was a one time thing and that these employees can reflect on their behavior but I did want others to be aware of our...
Read moreI went there for work and we ordered a very large order. We do this once a week and I'm more than understanding when it takes a little longer than normal to prepare our order but.... the cashier clearly saw us standing there but continued to take orders from the drive through as people were coming in after us. They did not take our order until all the drive thu The cashier was new and hand a hard time taking oue large order which was fine because he took his time and got it right. They got all of out food out in a timely fashion however they completely forgot about the drinks. We had 11 drinks. Someone came over and made 4 then walked away. No one came back to finish them. I went to the order window again and knocked to let them know we still have a lot of drinks to be made. I had something to write what the drink was and as the guy made them he filled them sat them down and after the rest was made I asked what they were as he handed them to me. He said I don't know ..... No one really wanted to help us there and none of the workers definitely didn't want...
