Subway — Restaurant in Mundy Charter Township

I went to this location because my closest one is closed on Sundays. So we decided to go here. No idea they are not open on the inside, so we went to the drive thru to get our already paid for and supposedly ordered food. The people on the inside completely ignored us. We literally waited until someone bought something on the menu in the drive thru for them to come to the window to ask for money. It took about 30 minutes total. Glad our food sat warm (if it was even made) for that long for no reason. They didn't care to help us sitting at the window that long. We weren't sitting there for the fun of it. Then to top it off, we get home and they are ALL wrong. Apparently its hard to make 3 sandwiches correctly within an hour. We will never visit this place again, horrible service and food...

Terrible!!! My boyfriend and I came in at about 9:30pm and the entire time we were in line, the worker was talking to another (off duty) worker stating how much she hates her dead end up job and hates when customers come in so late and it's just a waste of her time. All the while not acknowledging her paying customers and basically saying how much she hates us being there. Needless to say we left without buying from there and we'll never go back to that location. We wrote to corporate afterwards and we were told our comments were being sent to the manager and we never heard from the manager which goes to show they do not care that their crappy employees are turning...

This is the best Subway I’ve been to in Michigan. 10/10 I worked at a Subway for several years and when finding a new job, I didn’t have it again for a long time. Just never tasted the same if I couldn’t make it myself. These ladies here take pride in every aspect of the job, as I once did. The presentation of the sandwich, the kindness in their voice, and ALWAYS asking if I’d like more meat for 75 cents has been so refreshing. This location should hold trainings. Seriously. They have opened my love for Subway again, I eat here at least twice a week. Everyone here needs a raise. Thank you for your service and keep up the great work! It truly doesn’t...
