Ok so this was a while ago this happened. I went to get a choc chip muffin, I wanted 6. They didn't have any but the guy working assured me that he could make them for me to pick up later. So, I gave my name and placed an order for later in the day. Drive all the way there and no muffins, no order, nothing. They acted like they don't even do that. (Which they do) so that was a wasted trip. They always seem to be out of the good muffins later in the day. Why not make more? Why not have some for pm shift? Seems rediculous. Also, I just do not order drinks from there. Every time I do, it's a huge disappointment.. they don't have a simple syrup so if u want sweetener, it's going to be regular sugar in a cold drink. One time I ordered a hot coffee, told the guy I didn't want it real dark but definitely not too light when discussing the cream. I get it and it looked like a cup of milk. I even shared it on my FB it was so rediculous. So I go back through, I say, just a normal cup of coffee, like baby bear, just right. Lol but the guy assured me he understood this time. Nope. Read moreI go to this tim hortons because it is close to my work and honestly this places sucks. A few months back I picked up doughnuts and coffees for my co-workers and myself, and when I left the drive through I realized they didnt give me my card back. I then turned around and went inside, the lady who was working the drive insisted that she gave me my card even though I could LITERALLY SEE IT sitting on the counter behind her. I told her the name on the card and the 3 digit code on the back and she still refused to give it to me without seeing my ID which is funny seeing as she insisted she did not have MY personal card. I went through the drive through again today because I didnt want to stop at the one by home, I asked if they had the sour cream glazed back, the lady in the window said yes, i got them, paid, and went on my way. I get to work and check my food and they gave me the blueberry sour cream glazed. I understand how there could be a misunderstanding seeing as I didn't fully clarify but I didn't specify I wanted blueberry and am ALLERGIC to them. Read moreI needed to place a semi-large order for a party I was hosting and thought it best I called it in the week prior to ensure it would be ready in time for the date and time I needed it. My name and number were taken down and this location even thanked me for calling in the order early! The day of the party arrives and I call when I’m on my way to ensure it was ready for pickup, only to be on the other end with an employee who knew NOTHING about the order. Despite them not communicating properly they were still able to accommodate my order in a timely fashion. I pulled off and investigated what I bought and come to find that one of the boxes was only half full! Frustrated at this point, I calmly called back and said I was just there and one of my items is half made. The employee just said “oh okay, you can come back”. At this point in time I no longer had additional time to come back and asked if I could receive a credit, to which the employee said “yeah you can do that” and wished me a good day. That was it.
