I hope that the store manager reads this first of all. Last evening 7/9/18 #71. I placed an order for 16 pc chicken and jojo, large pizza, 2 antipasto salads, 2 tossed salads. When they were taking the order the man insisted they didn’t have a 16 pc chicken and jo jo’s That I would have to order 3 6 pc. I said well your website shows you do but it wasn’t working so I couldn’t order from there. So I agreeded to the 3 6 pc chicken and jo jo even though I didn’t need that amount. Order came 45 min later and there was no chicken. I looked at the guy and he asked for my receipt back and it showed that only jo jo’s Were ordered. I had a house full of people waiting for dinner. Called the store and told them what happened and they said they would give me a 5.00 discount on the chicken if I still wanted it. BIg of you! Said yes I have guests waiting and they said they would have it there in half hour. One hour and a half later he showed up at the door with the chicken. We obviously refused it because our guests had left and went and got something to eat else where. What a joke first of all that you argue with a customer that you don’t have a 16 pc chicken and jo jo when its right on your menu then you only send jo jo’s Then you act like your doing be some great big deal by taking off 5.00. You should have said “I’m am so sorry he messed this up we will get that done for you immediately and out to your house at no charge.” Poor management skills on someone’s part. This won’t be the last review I right about your store. I’m back to Hudson from now on. Very unsatisifed customer!!!!!! Wish I could give less...

I would tell everyone how great it was and it was good EVERY time. For the last year or more, the quality is sub par. I can't believe i'm even doing this review...its like a bad dream that happens over and over... each time we order hoping maybe the last shit quality order was a fluke. Nope, its bad every time...
