I hope that the store manager reads this first of all. Last evening 7/9/18 #71. I placed an order for 16 pc chicken and jojo, large pizza, 2 antipasto salads, 2 tossed salads. When they were taking the order the man insisted they didn’t have a 16 pc chicken and jo jo’s That I would have to order 3 6 pc. I said well your website shows you do but it wasn’t working so I couldn’t order from there. So I agreeded to the 3 6 pc chicken and jo jo even though I didn’t need that amount. Order came 45 min later and there was no chicken. I looked at the guy and he asked for my receipt back and it showed that only jo jo’s Were ordered. I had a house full of people waiting for dinner. Called the store and told them what happened and they said they would give me a 5.00 discount on the chicken if I still wanted it. BIg of you! Said yes I have guests waiting and they said they would have it there in half hour. One hour and a half later he showed up at the door with the chicken. We obviously refused it because our guests had left and went and got something to eat else where. What a joke first of all that you argue with a customer that you don’t have a 16 pc chicken and jo jo when its right on your menu then you only send jo jo’s Then you act like your doing be some great big deal by taking off 5.00. You should have said “I’m am so sorry he messed this up we will get that done for you immediately and out to your house at no charge.” Poor management skills on someone’s part. This won’t be the last review I right about your store. I’m back to Hudson from now on. Very unsatisifed customer!!!!!! Wish I could give less...

Place is doing great agian. Food is awesome minus a once in a while hiccup which happens to everyone and the people answering the phone are kind. Its a wonderful change to how thing were going in the past,please keep up the awesome work and pumpin out the best pizza in the USA Thank you!Updated 2 years later.so after 2 years of still playing this same dance tonight takes the cake.called at 855pm est and got the pickup olny.so this time I hung up and called back with it being recorded.i asked the "general manager"both for dm phone number and he didn't know it.then I asked why do there delivery times differ from others. He couldn't answer.then I asked him what the definit delivery times everyday.he said " it varys.the dude tried to used covid as an excuse I said its been goin in for 2 years.what kinda operation does this owner run.he knows it's a problems.......old reviews:Called at 917 on Wednesday night.guy picked up the phone and said pizza pickup olny.so I promptly hung up just as fast and called east of Chicago.there also olny open till 10.o and there further away.they were happy to take my money and deliver,this was after 930 when I called.ill be using a different location from now on because this seems to happen from you guys more and more.like alot of reviews I've read on here,I love the pizza but hate...

Changed review from 5 stars to 3 to reflect the change in quality from what used to be excellent and is now average at best. Gioninos used to be my favorite. I would tell everyone how great it was and it was good EVERY time. For the last year or more, the quality is sub par. I can't believe i'm even doing this review...its like a bad dream that happens over and over... each time we order hoping maybe the last shit quality order was a fluke. Nope, its bad every time... I now have to except fate. I feel the way Judas probably felt when betraying Jesus in this review, and that makes me sad. I know its not actually Gioninos fault because other locations like Broadview heights is excellent every time. Sad to say Gioninos is no longer Elite and i dont even want it anymore. I always said to myself i would choose Gioninos as a last meal over anything else, but not anymore....Maybe it's a message from God to stop eating pizza.
