i got there twenty minutes before close. and placed my mobile order while in line.
i waited at the speakers for about 10 minutes or more total counting waiting behind another car, with no response.
i pulled up to the window and no one acknowledged me, watch someone walk by two times and not look over at me at all. i tried to call, and there was no answer.
i pulled over to walk into the lobby and it was locked. i knocked a few times, and no one looks over or anything.
eventually, i walk over to the window where i wait for minutes until a boy walks by and yells inside and another woman takes her time walking over to the window and automatically has an attitude with me.
i told her i made a mobile order and the man behind me had two door dash orders. she proceeds to tell me she did not receive any orders.
i ask about someone wearing a headset, and she said she was. when i had seen her in the window, she was not. she told me she took it off seven minutes before this interaction. this means she would have had it on while i was at the window and before. she was lying.
so i asked her why she was lying to me. which obviously she told me she wasn’t.
she also told me she was the manager tonight and decided to close ten minutes early so she could leave on time. except, it was more than ten minutes because people were waiting before me, meaning they started to close at least twenty minutes before close. she also mentioned they were “slammed” before.
i have worked in fast food for over two years in the past, and i have never closed early just so i can leave right when we were supposed to close.
she told me i had to get a refund through the app and she couldn’t do anything about it, which i already sorted out. she also told me that if i had that many problems, i could file a report. i told her i didn’t want to make that big of a deal and have a good night, to which she slammed the drive thru window.

Read moreWent to the drive thru and placed my order tonight (12/3/21) around 4:00pm. The young lady at the drive thru was very rude and didn't know how to ring up the sandwich that i wanted. I ordered the 2 for $10 Chicken parm meals and was unable to upsize one of those drinks for a shake. The other meal was suppose to be an origional Chicken Sandwich with. Mozzarella cheese, deli pickles, mayo, and tomatoes. Instead they wrang up an Italian Chicken minus the sauce plus mayo and tomato. Told me I couldn't have the pickles cuz they couldn't add them and couldn't give me a couple because they are "Super Expensive". Got home with the food and the 2 meals were correct but fries were very cold and hard. The other Chicken sandwich only had Mayo and Tomato on it. No Mozzarella cheese at all. Then when I tried calling them it went to a fax machine. My daughter use to work at a Burger King and knows that she could've rang the Chicken Sandwich up correctly and could've done my shake. Need to find employees that want to work and someone with the knowledge to help them ring up the orders. I have already called corporate to hopefully fix this issue. I'm really not the type of person to complain about things but when they unplug their phones and don't give receipts it makes me even more upset then if they would've tried fixing...
Read moreYeah so my boyfriend and I went there tonight (June 12th) and the person working the intercom at the drive through was rude and sorry, but frankly sounded kinda dumb. I wanted to sub onion rings for the fries that came with my combo and when we finished ordering I said "before you pull away lemme just make sure my onion rings are in there" cause whoever she was wasn't paying attention honestly. So I checked after they gave us our food and they forgot the onion rings and I gave him one of the fries back and told the guy who gave us our food that we had subbed onion rings. He looked at us like we were stupid and rudely and hesitantly said "well she didnt charge you for onion rings, I mean I guess I could let it slide this time" Like we were lying!!! I mean hey, ok, if you messed up the order, no problem. I have no problem with that, but dont be rude about it. We just pointed it out we werent even rude about it. But geez. To top it all off, we got home and the food was cold and horrible. My onion rings were hard as rocks and my chicken sandwich was burnt and all gristle. Oh and my sprite tasted like fruity pebbles.
