OK, I decided to give this place to try again cause I figured maybe it was a glitch but no again they gave me the wrong item, that’s three visits in a row. I’m gonna start demanding gas money for all the trips back to get my food and what kills me. It was two Cantina tacos and a soda and it was 11 bucks, damn straight I’m gonna go back for my money if you can’t do your business right just close up This place sucks. This is the second time in a row, I customized my order by ADDING ITEMS and both times they left the meat off. What an I suppose to do, take the food apart in the drive thru?? Just close up if you can’t do things right
Okay an addition to my previous review. Have continued to try using the mobile app in the morning because they're on the way and a convenient stop but at least 30% of the time they are not open 15 to 20 minutes after their listed opening time when I drive by. It's not the mobile app, it's then literally not open around 30% of the time. This morning there were three of us waiting and we called the restaurant and they said maintenance issues. No signs or information or Anything, and then we had to fight to get our money back from the mobile app. And the company that owns this Taco Bell or their site or whatever, never bothers to answer their feedback or complaints.
Old review: I use their mobile app and everything was going great and then got to the Taco Bell 35 minutes after it had "opened" and guess what? It was closed yep, closed. And then I call their customer service at 8:40 in the morning for a refund and guess what? It said they were closed too. And I'm central time so not to early.
A newer Additional information done while I'm driving and using voice dictation so pardon any mistakes. I went there and placed an order for two people and I know it's my fault but I didn't look and when I got back to the office, half the order was missing. I went back and they gave me attitude and had me waiting 6 minutes or 7 minutes for my order to be redone and when I asked what the delay was they said they were helping people at the window, I said I already paid and I went through 20 minutes ago and I'm still waiting? They gave me my order and this time I looked through it and they left off all the add-ons that I had requested and paid for so I had to send it back for them to put on the add-ons that I paid for. They came back with more attitude and just plop the food on the counter. One of the things I ordered was a taco supreme with beans added and avocado sauce and when I checked it the second time, they left off the lettuce, the tomatoes, the avocado sauce. Between them opening late and getting orders wrong I don't know why they bother to stay in business. Just kills me that these folks say that they need to get paid more money when they can't even do the job right. Chick-fil-A should run schools for customer service and quality
PS the cantina crispy taco is the Nastiest Thing on this planet. In no way shape OR form similar to the soft taco of similar name so don’t know why the names similar. Soft one good, hard cantina...
Read moreFirst, I got the quesorito, steak. My wonderful by picked it up and as we live 5 min away it was still nice and warm. Then I took a bite, is rice supposed to CRUNCH?! No, so I'm not happy. Our roomie' s burrito was the same. We go back and my bf goes inside so I can keep calm as I was was hangry as heck... 20 min later he comes out and tells us to try them. I did... BEEF. 1, I really didn't like ground beef and 2, we paid for STEAK, that's a level up x2. So I start toward the door food in hand with the piece I spat out too. There is a girl at the door and she is locking up. She sees me and my bf with a food item in my hand and says "were closed". I lost it a little, explained my concern and she proceeded to tell me the guy on the line was new. Terrible customer service to blame the new guy when there was already a problem. Maybe someone should have checked up on him since our order was already messed up. I suggested not to have the new new guy close. The she told me "we can't help who's on the line." Well then DON'T tell me the reason my order was messed is because he's new. My boyfriend's explains the concerns more calmly and asks for a refund. She agrees and I go wait again in the car. This time for only about 5 min. On the way home, without food or any offer to compensate us for our time, inconvenience, and terrible service my bf tells me that the guy manning the food met some shady looking person in a hoodie up front in what seemed like a drug sale as the kid handed the guy a $20 and received a plastic crush can in exchange. Who knows, maybe the kid really likes crush and the plastic cans cost more. The worst part, my bf also told me when he explained to the same rude girl about the crunchy rice, her response was "oh it was probably just from the bottom of the bin." WT WHAT?! In what world is that 1, an acceptable answer or 2, an acceptable action.

What I can't wrap my head around is when a customer orders for example,a let's says a soft taco supreme at the outrageous price of $2.89. The supreme taco comes with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. A for $1.79 you can get a regular soft taco comes with shredded cheese, and lettuce. I know your thinking, yeah what's the point? Story time!!! I ordered 3 soft taco supremes which cost me almost $11(mind blown) 🤯 what I got was 3 stale soft taco's with a dab of something brown, what looked at 3 day old cheese, and a touch of lettuce. Hmm I'm sorry but there's a few things missing from this Taco, right? Why yes, yes it is; it's missing $1.10 worth of what the difference between a regular soft taco and a soft taco supreme. Once I discovered this of course I'm already home and it would very inconvenient for me to go back so I called and there response was year sorry were out of tomatoes and stuff. WOW!! Tomatoes and stuff.... So basically your telling me you knew you were out of the only 2 items that changes a Taco from being a regular Taco and a supreme taco yet you still gladly let me order it and my money.
