We went in after a baseball game to grab our order. During the process and gentlemen entered and wanted to speak with whomever had just been on the phone with his wife and was disrespectful to her. The young man at the counter tried to handle, but it turned out he wasn't the one who took the call, it was the manager ( only by title trust me) that had handled it. The manager KNEW he had been in the wrong because he escalated the situation by finally coming out to the front of the store and confronting the man telling him he had his AREA MANAGER ON THE PHONE TO HEAR EVERYTHING, this was unnecessary as the man just wanted to address the fact his wife had been disrespected, get a refund, and get the General Managers name and number to file a formal complaint.
Your manager was loud, defamatory and spent his time talking between your area manager and not the customer. He kept making it a point to tell your area manager the customer's wife had called him a "dumb mother$%#%r" and that he wouldn't take this $#!/ and his area manager could fire him if he wanted to or if he has to deal with this he will just quit. The language and nonsense continued and just escalated the situation. The manager walked away from the counter, the customer stood their and several times just asked for the GM's number and he would address it with that person. Your manager and young man working with him VANISHED and apparently went and locked themselves in the back because one of the delivery drivers returned. MEANWHILE, I was left in the lobby, my order just sitting, and nobody cared about that. I talked to the gentleman and he was very respectful to me and by then I had sent my kid out to the vehicle to sit and wait for me. AT NO POINT DID ANY THREATS GET MADE BY THIS CUSTOMER, ONLY YOUR MANAGER, the fact the Area Manager was on the phone and did nothing to de escalate the situation was cowardly and unprofessional. If he had simply talked to the customer and refunded his order and apologized, this would've been over and done. Instead, this bearded manager of yours just blew this up because he had been rude and disrespectful over

Read moreI have always chosen Pizza Hut over other pizza joints. As part of our Father’s Day we decided to order Pizza for dinner. When we got it, all three of us including my daughter who absolutely LOVES pizza noticed something was really wrong upon taking first bites. She actually spit it out and my husband I immediately decided that we couldn’t eat it. I called right away to speak to someone and let them know that something was wrong. The only way I could explain it was that it had a chemical taste and smell. All I was really hoping for was that they replace it so that we could have our dinner. I even told them we would give them the pizza with the bad taste back so they would know we weren’t trying to get an additional pizza from them for free. I started my complaint with an apology because I hated having to call with a problem 😔 I hate complaining. This is the first negative review I’ve ever left in fact, but I was so shocked at the overall response. The general attitude from the gentleman was so dry and negative. He said he had pizza earlier and there was nothing wrong with it. I’m not even sure why he felt that was relevant or why he felt the need to offer that....was he trying to be argumentative? I never received an apology of any kind. He offered to credit me $15 towards another pizza when I paid $32 ($28 plus a $4 tip). When I asked if we could just swap it out for another he didn’t seem to want to accommodate that and said he was very busy with 5 other orders and it would take an hour or so. I would’ve expected to be priority considering we had already paid and waited for our pizza the first time. It’s not our fault something was wrong with the food. I was so put off by his callous response I just asked for a full refund. He seemed to have an I don’t care attitude towards the entire situation. We are sorely disappointed especially considering it was to be a part of a special Father’s Day movie night treat. We have decided to get our dinner elsewhere. This is the last time I will ever order from this...
Read moreUPDATE to Kirk: I support respect and kindness to everyone, as does my daughter. I also expect the same and some customer service when I am purchasing a product. I did go in the store, and witnessed part of this. Guess we’ll agree to disagree. I just won’t be using this location again.
I would give my experience a -5 if I could. I typically order from this Pizza Hut every week or two, and have been happy with my experience until today. The manager, Eden Lockhart, called the police! Ordered pizza on line for 11:15 pick up. Arrived at 11:15 and my daughter went in to pay and get the pizza. Showed ready on the monitor. No one greeted her, so she tried to catch the eye of one associate who never looked up. She looked around the corner and saw another lady. She asked if could she get her pizza. Lady went off, saying she was taking an order and other stuff. Then told my daughter to leave. We weren’t leaving without our pizza which is now getting cold. She said she’s calling the cops. Ok, we would wait for them. Asked the lady for her name…response - it’s in the door. Took a picture, it’s Eden Lockhart. Police asked what happened, we told them and they just shook their head. At that time we paid for the pizza and left. Also, she did not show us our pizza. I don’t know what she told them when she called or after the fact. What kind of customer service is this? Pretty major...
