Discovered this new place at random and went in after shopping around. I was greeted right away and it was a slow time with few customers. The cashier told me they opened about a week ago and offered samples of the frostings. I asked if there were any gluten free options and there are not, But she did tell me everything is dairy and egg free. So that surprises me there's not even one GF option but that's okay. I tried the Old Skool, classic, and Cookie Monster cinnamon rolls. The Old Skool was my favorite out of the two. I really liked the frosting was a very airy, not heavy cream cheese. It was sweet but not overpowering. The cookie monster however turned out to be too much for me to handle. I split both rolls with my boyfriends and I couldn't even finish Half of the cookie monster. The cookie dough and the chocolate combined made my teeth hurt eating it. I'd like to go back and try the ones with fresh fruit toppings for a better balance of sweet and savory. The overall vibe of the place is nice, was very clean when I visited. The layout was easy enough to understand, but the menu took me a minute to figure out. Menu has options listed for making your own custom combinations of cinnamon rolls and I didn't understand that until after I had ordered the signature rolls. They also have cookie dough bite combinations listed on their menu but no options as far as what your able to customize, so that was confusing to me? I felt the price was right for the size and quality of the...
Read moreWe have been here multiple times and have given this location enough chances to get better and over the new business “growing pains” that come with opening a brand new location with all the proper training and time to get better and fix issues. There are few things worth noting for sure. The size of the dole whip here is ridiculous not to mention that there is only one size. This is the only location I have ever been to that has such a small size for the dole whip. To make it worse it was more like eating an icee not a softserve ice cream like it’s supposed to be. The difference is that you get a kids sized cup of it versus the other locations give you equivalent to a medium size cup and then pour it up and over the top in a swirl and can be shared. The cinnamon roll quality is not consistent. Sometimes ingredients are missing and if you order a few to go and get packed into a bag you won’t know it till after you have left from there, which has been the case twice. Likely from lack of proper training. Suggest checking each of your rolls after you order and before you leave. Really need to work on a number of things here.
Note the photo of the size of the Dole Whip in pigeon forge and then go see what it looks like when you get one from...
Read moreOn 8/10/25, my family and I planned to have a great shopping experience at The Avenue. We had a wonderful shopping spree, browsed and bought from a few stores along the strip. We thought it would be nice to end our shopping day with cinnamon rolls from Cinnaholic. This would be only my second time eating at Cinnaholic and would be my fiancé’s first time. I was very excited for this experience again. Little did I know that this excitement would be short lived. At a little after 6pm, I ended mine and my family’s shopping day being thrown out of this establishment rudely by an employee. The situation could have been handled so much better. It was very unprofessional to say the least. In addition, not only was my family thrown out but another family sitting at a table was too. We were all rushed to leave and we weren’t even done eating yet. I will not be back to this location. As an avid sweet treats lover this is very disappointing because I do enjoy the cinnamon rolls. Next time we will choose another sweets option if this is how the employees present themselves at this establishment. It most definitely ruins the...
