I brought my kids to this location because my son has been wanting to try the monster angus thickburger and I wanted to try the prime rib burger (your advertising works well). As we walked in, the normal signs about maintaining social distancing greeted us. Nothing suggested that the dining room is closed for dine in. The cashier (who was perfectly friendly) even rang it up as dine in. The problem came after my children had filled their drinks and were waiting on me to get straws from the counter. We were COMPLETELY unaware that the dining room was closed. There are social distancing “this table is closed” signs on some tables, so we didn’t sit at those tables. The table they were sitting at had no sign. The doors we walked through also did not have any easily visible, clear indication that there was no dining in. Yet somehow, Edith felt it necessary to yell across the restaurant past me (although I was standing right across the counter from her) at my kids that they were not allowed to sit there. She easily could have said something to me quietly and politely, and I would have had them go to the car. Instead, she decided not to address the parent in the situation whatsoever. I apologized and informed her that I saw no sign. Before I was able to have my kids go outside, I had another employee do it the correct way and address me politely (although at that point it was unnecessary because I was already removing my kids from the restaurant.) rather than yelling across the restaurant at my kids. I will not be returning to...
Read moreI’m rating this location 3 stars because the lady that greeted me at the box was super sweet and the food was good. The lady at the window however was extremely rude and ruined our experience. I’ll probably never return to this location. I placed a mobile order this morning for 2-platters, a chicken and waffle combo, a cinnamon roll, 2-hot chocolates, 1chocolate milk, and an orange juice. I was asked to pull up and wait... totally fine. Whenever she brought me the two bags, I realized the 2-hot chocolates were missing and said ma’am we are missing our two hot chocolates. She replied we don’t have those here. I pulled my mobile order up to verify that I did pay for the items. She then states that they replaced the item with a chocolate milk, but there were only two in the bag and I ordered a chocolate milk and 2 hot chocolates so I would need 3 chocolate milks total. She walks away while I’m trying to explain this and tells me next time tell “her” and I said tell who? I placed a mobile order and spoke to no one. Next time someone orders something online that is not available, I would explain that at the box and make alternative plans so the customer is aware. I didn’t mind the exchange or having to pull up (I’ve worked DT and completely understand the process). There was absolutely no reason whatsoever for her rudeness and walking off while I was talking to her and trying to figure...
Read moreDon't expect to place a mobile order and get it any faster than if you just placed in it the restaurant. Actually in my experience the person who came in and placed their order at the counter after I had been standing there for over 10 mins waiting on my mobile order that had been placed 5 mins prior to the me waiting at the store got their order before I did as well as another person who came in after me with a mobile order. And then when I asked about it they were rude and lied. When I got there I checked in with the cashier and watched her point at my order on the screen to the other girl so I know they knew I was waiting and then acted so confused and like they didn't have my order when I asked about it. Of course I'm irritated at this point and called them out on it and then was told I could just leave. I told them I wasn't leaving without my food or a refund, what a joke of a place. Sad thing is I was standing there waiting patiently for 15 mins because I knew they were busy and I didn't get mad until after how they responded to me when I asked what...
