Had a simple to go order (bagels and spread) only got a 2/3 of it correct (forgot to slice the bagels) not a big deal. When the screen says your order is complete, but itâs not out to grab. Waited a few minutes still not out and order no longer on the screen. Walk up to the counter and see the bag sitting on a counter in the back. Ask about the order and the response wasâŚâit will be ready in a few secondsâ even though itâs right behind the employee.
