CAVA — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

I placed an online order yesterday, and I was missing something. Which isn’t a problem I spent $4 on it so I just wanted it. Anyways. I called and the manager Sam helped me on through. I told him about the situation and he said just to stop by before they close or another day to get it my order fixed. So I came by the next day since I couldn’t make it that night and I got the order I got yesterday for free today. I was so happy that Sam took the time to help me and my boyfriend out. The closing staff was very nice as well. They were also very cleaned and well maintained in the back from what I saw in the front. Kitchen looked so clean and the food was amazing. However, there were only 2 clean tables to sit at. There were 2 girls cleaning under the tea, so we got a different drink. The 2 girls were also laughing and comparing how dirty their clothes were they were cleaning with. It was weird to see that. I feel like cleaning something that dirty is a job you do when no guests can see it. We were also asked if we wanted some peta chips. We thought they were like a welcoming thing like chips at a mexian restaurant. We did get charged for them. I don't mind paying at all, but maybe say would you like to buy, or add on. HORRIBLE SERVICE tonight. Arrived around 8:35pm tonight and the place was completely empty. One employee sitting at a table by the door with their phone on speaker phone. 3 more employees in the back cleaning up although they close at 10. Me and my gf stood waiting for our orders to be taken for about 5 minutes while the employees continually walked by us, never helping. I went to stand by the register and stared at an employee before he attempted to help and even then he still never greeted us or asked what we wanted. Just grabbed bowls and looked at us. Had to ask multiple times for items in our bowl. The entire staff had horrible attitudes and clearly don’t care about customer service....
