I placed an order that was very similar to a combo that I did not see, when I asked the cashier if I could place that order I was told that I could not receive a refund and that I would just have to accept what I had already ordered. After asking if all the items in the combo were available, her reply was yes. I then proceeded to try to have a conversation to get a better understanding as to why I could not receive the combo instead when she turned around and walked away. I politely at first replied ma'am excuse me, ma'am with no reply which lead me to request a refund. Not only was the cashier blatantly rude whenever the manager on duty had to refund my order there was no question as to what the issue might have been.
Note: I also tried to give the manager a chance to listen to the situation after the fact by giving him a phone call and instead of listening to the issue he quickly resorted to explaining the young lady's story. I'm appalled bye the response to an issue that seems so simplistic and instead of offering an incentive to return this location has lost me as a customer. The irony is I'm not only in the customer service business as a civilian but I'm also a veteran and with a city that is so University and Military oriented I can see this issue becoming much larger and this location losing business quickly unless...
Read moreI'm done ordering from this place. I work from home and ordered deliver for lunch. They use to seal the box to keep from bring tampered with. So thats my first complaint, that they no longer do this. 2nd my order is half wrong. I ordered pretzel crust pepperoni and a pretzel crust cheese. I got 2 pepperoni. I call the store to let them know they messed up. He tells me bring them in ill remake them. I cant im working which is why I ORDERED DELIVERY. Well you ain't gonna be eating it so bring it when your off work and ill replace it. How does the fact that I ordered this for lunch escape you? Which means if I dont eat it ill not have lunch and also i dont want to go all the way to town after work. Which is why I HAVE IT DELIVERED. The last order was worse. Read moreThe worst customer service I have EVER had. I went to the door and was told by 2 men to go to the drive thru. When I did I saw the 2 of them smoking pot. One of them was the Manager. Even the cashier told them to get inside and cook! I ordered 5 xtra most bestest and 1 detroit style pizza. Normally this takes 15 to 20 minutes. Today it took over 30 minutes so I went inside to check on my order. I guess it was ok for me to do that. After another 10 minutes passed they brought me the wrong order. I didn't get the Detroit style pizza, they didn't slice 2 of them and one of the cheese pizzas was slopped to the side! I told them that I still wanted my Detroit pizza and a new cheese. The 5 of them started laughing loudly at me and talked about me because I complained. The one cashier even said to me and I quote " if I wasn't working I'd......" at which point the Manager told her to go to the back. I had to wait while they fixed the order. The whole time they were laughing and talking with attitude. It was extremely rude. All of them should be fired. I will never go there again and I hope nobody else will either.
