Be very careful! They may steal your property and deny it! Even when it can be tracked to that exact location! Needless to say, I will never be back to eat here again. I will be filing a police report and voicing my dissatisfaction at every opportunity!
Update: After almost three hours a police report for theft was filed. MPD agreed, according to find my phone and my watch, that the phone was inside their establishment. However, the police department did not have the authority or the time to search each person.
Almost five hours later I received a call from a manager/owner who said my phone was found in the ladies restroom trash can by a customer who dropped their phone in the trash and found mine while looking for hers? That makes no sense!
Upon arrival to pick up my phone I was handed a phone minus a case, a broken screen protector, and a twisted frame. Someone took out their frustration on my phone and tossed it in the garbage. I personally think waiter or the lady who cleaned the table took my phone. The fact it was in the ladies restroom leads me to believe it may have been the female employee who cleaned the table?
Furthermore, your response to my review makes me think you are a social media manager or reputation manager. According to introductions, I was speaking the co-owner of the business. He stated his wife is the owner. I will not PM you directly as I believe in transparency and the truth. The co-owner also informed me the section we were sitting in was not covered by your surveillance system, he looked. He also called me to ask me to update my review and I agreed that I would do so, but it would still be an honest review.
You have all the information and management was helpful, but the facts point to a person under your employment taking my phone. A crime of opportunity is hard for some people to resist. Once committed, the person often changes demeanor or will not make eye contact with others. You probably have a good idea of who took it and I will say that an opportunist will also steal tips, food, credit card information, etc...Good luck with your business, but I will never be back and I will tell everyone...
Read moreMy husband and I chose to dine at Nachos last night, and did not have the best experience. We ordered the nachos supreme to split. We asked the server for a SIDE of guacamole (NOT a full order). The nachos were mediocre: They were swimming in cheese, which made the nachos soggy. Then, the nachos were 10 bucks, and they charged 5 bucks for the guac. That is normally the price for a full order (which should be at least a cup), and the portion we received was a small scoop (about 1/4 cup). When I advised the manager, he asked me, almost confrontationally, if I wanted to look at the menu to verify the price. I asked, "So, you're not going to work with me on this at all?" I received a firm and rude NO! Wow!!! No, Sir, I don't want the menu to confirm your overpriced spoonful of guac. I want the bill and the door, which I will never re-enter. Otherwise, I would have returned quite often. In business, it is wise to take a five dollar L to keep a customer. I was not trying to get away with not paying for guacamole, for goodness sake. I was trying to pay for what I had and what I thought I was ordering. It was a misunderstanding that I felt should have been understood by management. At best, I could have received KINDNESS. The only reason I am giving two stars is because our server was nice, did a good job, and this is not her fault. Now they have a bad review, lost business, and will be getting a bad rep because I will be sharing my experience with friends and family, of which I have MANY (I have TWO kids and several friend's kids at MTSU...and that's just the...
Read moreThe last couple of times I have been the customer service has been completely non-existent. I was seated fairly quickly and drinks were taken. 5 minutes go by and my drinks finally arrive. The server walks off after setting down the drinks. a few minutes later another person drops chips and salsa down at our table. I waited 10more minutes or so until the manager notices us looking around and takes our order. It's a Thursday night at 8pm so the restaurant isn't very busy. 20 minutes go by and I still haven't seen our waiter. A runner/busser brings our food out finally and it's pretty obvious that it had been sitting under the warmer for awhile. The food was still good, but it could have been better if it was brought out sooner. We finish up and I finally see our waiter and I don't think he even remembers having our table. The manager motions to him to check on us but we the meals was over. we walked up to pay and left.
Today I decided to give it a try again. Again we were seated promptly and drinks were brought out immediately. Our waiter again disappears. I find him 5 minutes later sitting in the back table talking with the other tables. I try to motion him to place our order, but with no success. At this point we had finished our drinks and had been in the restaurant for 18 minutes without even having food ordered. I decided that the rest of the meal would be just as bad as this is, so we walked out.
It's a shame really. Nachos has a great menu with huge portions. It's some of the best in town so far but, I can't dedicate an hour or more for what should be a...
