Bars come and go in Murfreesboro but Wall Street has somehow withstood the cycle that's typical in the Boro. There was a time when you would find this bar, and many others, slammed full of the college crowd. I was one of those people. I used to go to Wall St at LEAST one night a week, but usually more and it was a blast. The last few years have really seen a sad decline in the night life of Murfreesboro. Nashville has grown into a world class destination for the nightlife industry so I believe that coupled with the police presence in Murfreesboro has choked away the very active party scene that once thrived here. Also I've noticed that millennials and their younger counterparts do not socialize in public forums as the crowds did back in the 90s and into first decade of the 2000s. Don't get me wrong I love this place but I've noticed restaurants more and more charging extra to delete something from your plate. Its theft, unless you have to use something different, is egg whites in a carton. Wall street, according to the manager ,saysthey use eggs but it's $.50 extra for there cook to separate an egg because "its a process". That might fool some but I'm a chef by trade and that offendsive to me that she would be so uninformed.
