Full Review:
Alzarrad Syrian Eatery is a fantastic family-owned gem that offers authentic Syrian cuisine made with care and passion. Their all-day breakfast items are a must-try—especially the falafel plate, fatteh bowl, and fatayer. Every bite is flavorful and comforting. For a quick meal, the chicken shawarma is perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor. I’ve brought family and visiting relatives here, and we always enjoy the custom mixed BBQ platters—just let them know how many people are coming, and they’ll prepare an amazing spread with appetizers and grilled meats. It always looks beautiful and tastes even better. The owner and his family members work in the restaurant, and you can clearly see the pride they take in their food and service. The restaurant, kitchen, and bathroom are always spotless, which speaks volumes about their dedication and professionalism. The service is warm and welcoming—you truly feel like a guest in someone’s home. This is one of those rare places you find yourself coming back to again and again. Highly recommend supporting this wonderful...

I enjoyed the presentation of the shawarma in the foil in a custom shawarma foam box which is cute and convenient, if you decide to save some for later or you feel full , just put it in that box and head wherever you wanna have it at. The box fits it perfectly and that makes it so much easier to carry. The bathroom at this eatery was super fine and cleaaaaan. It was spotless. The lights turns on and wow, it was immaculate and everything was well placed.the only problem i had with the shawarma is i had farts later on, like a lot of em. But eh maybe that's my body. I think it's worth it and i would love to come back and have another shawarma, its worth the farts. Still...im happy with the taste and everything , from the way the young gentleman greeted me when i came in confidently. His amazing confidence and demeanor made me insecure and less confident about myself. Sometimes...i question if i should have come here. But hey..i found something to reflect on about myself. Jokes aside, really nice young gentleman and he even greeted me while leaving. Also the place is very clean and smells nice. Good ambience. Good food. Good prices. Good sanitation....
Read moreUnfortunately, the service isn’t up to par. I placed a $70 order and got charged 13% gratuity tip by the employee then was told it was mistake it usually done for big family orders, my brother walks in right after me and got charged %13 gratuity on at $40 order and when I asked the employee he just kept saying he will refund the tip. I told him I wasn’t upset with the tip but how can you charge a gratuity percentage for every person who walks in on their own. Never seen this done before in a restaurant for each individual order. Everyone please look at your receipt when you order from here, they put processing fees and gratuity without your knowledge.
The young kid who is at the front is rude and argumentative, he has absolutely zero customer service.
Edit: My total wasn’t $120, again the lies they have said about the gratuity is insane. Iv gotten 3 reason about why their is automatic gratuity. Save your self the headache people
2nd edit: the second order was separate than the first order. I was told at the beginning that it was a mistake and usually is applied to big families or groups. Then I was told that it’s mandatory on dine ins. There are other reviews saying the same thing as...
