I've never had an issue at the drive-thru at this location. However, I would recommend never using the app to order. They make you go in to pick it up and the staff that I had the courtesy of dealing with, besides the counter service girl, were insanely rude. She threw my bag onto the counter, as she walked away called my number, and forgot my drink, as the machine was down out front. I stood there for a good 5 minutes trying to get her attention, it felt like she was actively avoiding eye contact with me. I eventually had to wait for the counter service girl to have a minute in-between taking orders to ask her for my drink, which she kindly took care of for me. When I got home, which I should have checked while there considering the service I was already receiving, so this was my fault for not doing so but my order was completely wrong. I ordered the BOGO for $1, a McChicken and a McDouble, and received two McChickens. I also ordered a McDouble with Bacon and no onions, instead received a McDouble no onions. My large fries were cold and I already told you about the drink machine out front being down. Now they push for you to use the app because you get awesome discounts and deals but then you're treated so horribly. The couple next to me ordered in and it took them almost 20 mins to get their two burgers and drinks, the guy was livid, they did the same thing to him, threw his bag on the counter and walked away. He wasn't as nice as I was, if you could imagine. I put in a customer service request on the incident and they sent me an email 3 days ago that the franchise store owner would reach out and I have yet to receive anything back this is now 5 days after.    Read moreI usually like to give good reviews but this place does not deserve it. I moved to Murphy a few months ago and I have been bringing my 3 year old to McDonald's to play. I have been here at different times and days of the week and this place it constantly dirty with trash everywhere and near the counter two days in a row it smelled liked pee. The employees did not pay attention to people waiting to place their order. The lady who did placed my order does deserve to be praised. She was sweet and energetic and I loved that. The play area is always absolutely disgusting and filthy. The drink area was nasty and dirty as well as the bathroom. There was a pair of dirty underwear stuffed in the metal handrail in ht e handicapped stall and the other stall had wet toilet paper all on the floor and the toilet was stuff with toilet paper as well. I am going to go one more time at a time that is not busy and if it is still disgusting as it has been then I am going to have a talk with the manager. My husband and I own a store with heavy traffic everyday and we keep it spotless even on its busiest days. There is no excuse for this type of dirtiness especially for a place that has tiny children running around and crawling on the floor...

We placed our breakfast order through the app. We got stuck in the drive up window line for some reason. When we got to the window. We have them the code and they verified it and saved us to the pickup window. They're going boy said we placed our order after 10:30, which is a lie. He said they could not make breakfast now and told us we would get a refund through the app. We told him we placed it before 10:30 and was waiting in line. He then said we had to give the code to the window before 10:30 and we didn't, which is a lie also. If we did placed the order after 10:30, the would not let us order breakfast. If we got to the window later than 10:30 to give them the code, seems it wild not have been verified for breakfast.
These people are cons and we won't go back again. They made about $15 off of us for the breakfast, but lost how much from us because of 50-75 stops a year.
