Normally I don’t leave reviews but in this instance I felt I should. My wife & I were traveling through on our way back home on 10/31 & she found this place online & wanted to try it. The food was alright, the man who brought us our food was really nice. Buttttt, while I was waiting on our food my wife was using the restroom & I had to listen to a disgruntled lady working the counter (apparently she was waiting on the restroom since she was seated right outside it & even went and pulled on the handle knowing it was in use.) Anyways she was complaining to the lady working the register loud enough for everyone in the restaurant to hear about my wife running the water for to long in the restroom as if the worker was the protector of all things water. VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. Made us not want to eat inside at all so we left with our food all the while she was eyeing us the entire time as we got our drinks & left. Wish I would’ve...

Sadly this place has gone a long way downhill since I was here last, a year ago or so. Sour attitudes and poor food quality. The one employee straight up denied service to us.. because of the sides of slaw we ordered more twice. No biggie, small mistake that they forgot, but to then tell me I CANT order a side of slaw? Wow. Enough to ruin a good chunk of the day, while going out to eat with my mother for the first time since the virus. Just the ugliness that's taking the world over, even this town that was once kind and manneristic. Now that we aren't regulars, it's interesting to see how a non-regular is treated.
