Recently at this Wendy's I ordered 2 half salads at the drive up. That will be $11.86 please. When I handed her a hundred dollar bill and $1.86 she needed to get a manager. I assume for the large bill. Listening from the car we heard some confusion on the order, large salad? three salads? So I spoke and said we ordered 2 half salads at $11.86 I should get $90 back. After more confusion at the register they both started taking out bills for my change and I saw them handle $1.00 bills so I repeated, We should get $90 back. She then stuck her head out the window towards me and said you're getting back $85 please stop yelling at me. I wasn't yelling, I was concerned about getting the correct change back. I said NO, it should be $90 as she started handing me very slowly one bill at a time and stopped at $85. At this point she went on to get visually upset and accused me of costing her $6.00 She said it twice as she then handed me the last $5.00 bill. THEN, she said, Do Not Come Back Here! and slammed the window shut! I then yelled at the closed window, I want to see the manager! At the next window the manager gave us our order and said she had had some words with the employee. Fear not we will...
Read moreIve come here about 4 times in the last two months, purely to see what insanity occurs. Every time I've come here my order is incorrect. Missing bacon, or a whole sandwich, or a drink, or whatever it may be. I've worked in the service industry before and I'm very patient and understanding towards the employees, but come on now. The past two times they've told me at ordering that the credit card machine doesn't work and they can only take cash. However, when I paid they informed me that the person before me paid with their card and for some reason it meant that I got $2 off of my order because he had overpaid on his so they wanted to balance it in their system??? Whatever that means, apparently they do take cards? The staff is always polite though and quick to apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding, but the inconveniences are consistent enough that I literally come here for the entertaining scene, and the mystery grab bag you end up getting as an order. This Wendy's is the old friend you had who never made it out of this town and is now washed up but trying to stay relevant. Will probably be back, please...

If I could give zero stars I would. My family of two adults and four children stopped in at 230pm on a Wednesday. They was not very busy. While standing in line behind one person we saw two orders be returned because they wasn't made correct. The employees was very rude, tossing their replacement foods onto the counter and walking off without so much as one word to the customers. After the person in front of us was finished the worker walked off complaining about the customers not throwing away the returned foods (while the customer was still standing there) and without saying a word to us but talking to other workers about the customers in front of them. After not being greeted in any form and witnessing the terrible attitudes of the workers and their sad efforts on doing their jobs correctly we left. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone and I feel sorry for anyone who has had to deal with...
