Culver’s — Restaurant in Murray

I’ve been a loyal customer since this store opened in 2009. The franchise owner, I know his mom and dad very well and my family has done lots of carpenter work for them, and their son Jim is awesome. He has a high standard and it shows, his parents do but their nice humble and respectful, and it shows in this store.

On 9/16/21, I ordered what I always do, and it looked over cooked. This is the first time I swear, that I’ve ever brought something back to the front and ask to correct it. I took it to the front to ask about dealing with it, crew was SUPER NICE and professional. The shift manager came to my table, Patrick, I swear he struck me as a franchise owner himself, AWESOME AWESOME GUY. He explained the reason and that everything was fine and went 110% to make sure my accommodations where met. A+++ on Mr Patrick and his crew.

I had such an amazing experience during my first visit to Culver's in Murray, KY, and I really hope that all their other locations maintain this exceptional standard. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff members were incredibly kind and friendly. What impressed me the most was how impeccably clean the place was.

Despite a large crowd of diners who had just come from church, we had no trouble finding seating, and the wait for our food was pleasantly short. The efficient service made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

I must say, Culver's really knows how to make their customers feel welcomed and satisfied. The quality of the food, combined with the warmth and kindness of the staff, created a memorable and fun dining experience.

Tried to eat at Culver's today....

My little one and I walked in today and were greeted by about 4 or 5 girls standing behind the counter. We proceeded to use the restrooms. It was a disaster, water all over the floor under the towel machine, to the point of someone slipping and falling. Along with towel paper all over as well. My son and I walked out immediately.

This is the second time coming here, and it is such a mess both times. The first time, the dining area was a disaster. Trash and food crumbs all over the tables, seating area, and floor. Soda machines were a wreck as well.

As we left (w/o ordering), I noticed a sign with the owners' names on the door stating how they're the proud owners. Neither of you should be proud of the state that your restaurant is in currently.

Their food is pretty good. However, I feel this may be the "norm" for this particular location as far as order and cleanliness. Big...
