I placed an order through the BWW app at 10:59 for the Lunch Combo (10 wings, wedges, ranch, and tea). The app confirmed it would be ready at 11:20. I arrived at the pickup window at 11:22.
At 11:25, someone finally came to the window, asked my name, and told me they were “bagging it up right now” and asked me to pull forward. By 11:35, I was still waiting while other customers were walking in and leaving with their food. At 11:42 I tried calling the store — phone rang for over a minute then just cut off. No voicemail, no answer.
At 11:45, I walked inside. The same employee again asked for my name, disappeared, and came back with the same line: “We’re bagging it up right now.” Meanwhile, I watched more people walk in, get their food, and leave. At 11:53, nearly an hour after I ordered, I finally received my food.
To make matters worse, when I checked my bag in the car, they forgot my ranch. I had to go back in, wait again, and only then did I get what I originally ordered. Total time: almost one full hour for 10 wings and fries.
The DoorDash driver next to me summed it up perfectly: “This place is a joke.” The lady behind me was still waiting for her order as I left and looked just as defeated.
Bottom line: This location is completely disorganized. Zero urgency, poor communication, and no accountability. An app order shouldn’t take an hour. If you’re in a hurry or value your sanity, this is not this is not the place.
Oh and there screen that displays the status of peoples to go orders had me in the “Ready” column when I walked in along with a host of others who were also not actually ready. So owners just know they are changing status’s to game the system so they don’t look as bad as they are...

This was opening night, and we all understood. They were going to be busy. We drove up and saw the parking lot was insanely packed. We walked in and saw the restaurant was insanely packed. We understood, we were just there because it’s opening night, and it was fun. There are some specific details that I would really not like to go into, because we have been there a second time and it was a lot more fun, the food was fantastic, but this particular experience was insane. The icing on the cake for me is when they handed out chips and salsa for free because the weight was so long and I was excited because I was starving, I had just left work and really wanted something to eat. Some skinny dude, who is just walking around the restaurant 1000 times and can’t hold still, but can’t seem to help anybody, “ How is everything?” I said “ I don’t know it’s been almost 2 hours and we haven’t gotten anything yet” And he said “ Well, are the chips and salsa at least good?” I was like dude I didn’t come to Buffalo wild wings for chips and salsa. But after Some simple communicating with a manager, who actually knew what she was doing. She took good care of us, and by the end of it we actually really appreciated our service. The wait was just...
Read moreWe arrived and were seated around 5:50. Lindy, our waitress, got our drinks and orders fairly quickly. It took an hour and ten minutes to receive our food. Lindy apologized, and it absolutely is not her fault, and she made sure our drinks stayed full. Considering the restaurant was maybe at 75% capacity, I cannot understand why it would take so long for us to receive our food. After asking to speak to a manager, she apologized, explained they were short staffed, and were trying to focus on dine in only by stopping online orders. All of this I get, but if you feel like you cannot give the costumer the dining experience expected, be honest with them. When you sit your costumers, just say, "hey, we are short staffed and I apologize for that because we cannot give you the dining experience expected, but I want to be upfront about that and I promise I will do my best to hurry things along." They did comp some of the meal and give some dessert, which I was adamant I did not want, but I do appreciate that. However, being proactive about situations is so much better than...
