I went there one day and had a terrible experience. My girlfriend ordered a Sonic Jr. Meal, no ketchup, add mustard. And I got a Sonic Double with no ketchup, mustard, or mayo. The microphone or the speaker or I wasn't speaking loud enough. I had to repeat a few times and they ended the transaction in an aggravated manner. $16.00 Meal. We received our food in a timely manner, but upon receiving our food our food was wrong. I was okay with it at first. I tried to take the condiments off and then took A BITE. My girlfriend's burger was covered with mayo and the burger itself was burnt hard. She didnt eat it. Just rip a peice off and then wrapped it up. We were overall dissatisfied and decided to get just get our money back. Just wasn't hungry anymore. I brought everything up to the ladies up at the door and they looked at me like I did not belong. I asked to see a manager, that would I like a refund on my food, my food was messed up. The manager came out and did not even care of what I had to say and then took the food and receipt into the building and then came back 10 minutes later and told me that she could give me money back for MY burger that came out with condiments. A $9.68 +tax meal. So after another 10 minutes a carhop comes out and hands me $4.01 and she said,"here is the money for your food, sir." Then giggled. They got my food and my money. I couldn't even go and get food anywhere else with 4 dollars. Like what? Are you serious? And to send the carhop out instead of coming out. What was with that manager? Childish. I think what was even worse was when I contacted corporate and they just said,"that sucks, sorry" and "how much money do you generally spend with us?" And that didnt help at all. HIGHWAY ROBBERY. Not going here again. No thank you. They were rude. I work in customer service. It aggrivates me when I don't receive the same level of customer service that i would give. It is just sad. Read moreI've eaten here several times and having used to be a partner of a couple of Sonic Drive-Ins myself, years ago, I enjoy the Sonic Drive-In experience but today was not what I was expecting. I ordered the ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito with Picante sauce, the soft pretzel with the cheese sauce, and a small tater tot. I've always been a huge fan of the meat and cheese breakfast burrito and it always delivers but today I decided to try out the soft pretzel with the cheese sauce. Upon getting home, nearly 30 minutes away from this location, I found there was no cheese sauce in the bag. Not a big deal. I figured I could call and let them know what had happened and have it replaced on my next visit. Of course I would expect the person that bagged the food to recall oops yeah I forgot to put the cheese sauce in the bag but instead they told me to hold on to the pretzel and the receipt and come back at a later date to get it replaced. They seriously want me to hold on to a food item for a week or two when whoever bagged it knows they forgot to put the cheese sauce in the bag? Wow. Yeah, that's not going to happen. Sometimes the best way to handle a situation is just to take away your business. I hate to do that to the rest of the employees as the CarHop was super nice and even tipped her a couple dollars cash so that they didn't have to claim it towards their tips and the burritowas great, like always. They wanted to raise a stink over a $1.99 pretzel. Absolute foolishness. Especially considering all they had to do was ask whoever bagged it if they put the cheese sauce in the bag. Read moreI don’t leave reviews only unless my order is terrible. But this has been probably the 10th time that this has happened to me at this sonic. I just wanted preference that I love sonic and it’s my favorite fast food restaurant but there’s a specific carhop at the Murray sonic, named Sara. Who consistently gets my order wrong and I never have issues unless she is the person giving me my order. I only get two things I get a Diet Coke for my fiancé and I get a slushy for myself. I get a blue raspberry nerd slushy with extra blue raspberry syrup. Because there’s never enough blue raspberry in my slushy. So I pay extra for the nerds and I pay extra for the extra syrup. But every time this specific carhop doesn’t read my ticket and doesn’t put any blue raspberry in my slushy so then it’s just ice with ZERO blue raspberry flavoring and ZERO nerds Every time she takes my order I just get a white ice with a little bit of a blue tent on top so once I mix the slushy it’s completely white again with zero nerds.
