Corvette Lanes Bowling Alley & Café — Local services in Murray

What a GEM of an activity center in our area! Everything was CLEAN, it was affordable, the food was delicious and the employees are pretty much my new best friends.

We had a group of 5 play 2 rounds of bowling. (We got there around 7pm on a Saturday night and didn't have to wait at all) It cost $4.75 per person per round ($3 for our kid) plus $3 each for shoe rental. We ordered a big pizza, wings, and 2 refillable drinks. PLUS loaded a card to play at the Arcade and spent well under $100 for 3 hours of fun.

Once the lights went out, they had brightly colored pins that would get you a FREE round of bowling if they were placed in a certain spot and you got a strike! (We won one!!) It made it even more fun - and the competition heated up. ALSO - LOVE the high-tech score-keeping system that allows you to take pictures of each player - such a small thing but we had SO MUCH fun with it.

The fun, smiling, kind, hilarious guy that helped us at the counter and with food was literally a shining light of amazingness - and I want to be his best friend! (If you read this and remember your "Dr. Pepper" mom that loves Hooters Wings - let's be friends!) The lady with purple hair was SO kind and informative. I literally wish every single establishment in the world had customer service like Corvette Lanes.

Fun atmosphere and clean place. No smoking inside. Friendly and helpful staff (brought kids bowling balls to the lane for my wife.)

Full kitchen with a wide variety of food on the menu (could have better beer selection, carry mostly generic stuff.) Unfortunately each food item we ordered was messed up in some capacity... Burger was delicious but no pretzel bun like the menu said. BBQ Chicken pizza was AWESOME but asked for NOT spicy sauce for the kids and it was still too spicy. Pretzels were not cooked inside lastly i asked for a rootbeer but never got it... The pretzels went back to the kitchen and they brought them back fully cooked, they brought us 2 grilled cheeses at no charge to make up for the spicy pizza fiasco and took the rootbeer off my check.

Bottom line, would i go back? Yes. Food was that good. The courteous staff saved this place from a 3 star rating. Great establishment with lots of potential. Hopefully next time everything is spot on; not sure i would go back for a 3rd try if everything doesn't go smoothly...

Great food! Cheap bowl! Downside, drinks. As a person who took time to go through and get certified for beverage management, I feel like the staff here need that class. They ARE NOT pouring proper shots. People are getting skimmed on alcohol by about half a pour! I got cut off twice for having 3-4 mixed drinks in 2 hours, while the same party I'm with can buy 2 drinks at 1 time and have 6 beers total in 1 hour. It's not like I was acting like a fool, I was just bowling, and I ate, but because I didn't drink water I wasn't allowed to have any more drinks even though we was still bowling and went upstairs after and played arcade. And it's always the same person that cuts me off to. If you are looking for a good time, drink beer because apparently there are no rules on beer, plus you won't have to pay for half of your alcohol you get the full amount.
