So amazing. I don't think I have ever been to a coffee and donuts shop that has an atmosphere quite like this one. The second you drive up to the parking lot, you want to take a quick gasp of air because the store catches your eye, just like a hawk catches an unsuspecting mouse on a cool morning. When you walk in the doors, the smell is so powerful that it only draws you closer to the front counter. I don't know how it would be possible for someone to walk out the door without either buying a delicious treat without feeling deep sadness as well. Once you have ordered your order, you can sit down in the luscious chairs and just sink inside them. They make you feel so comforted and warm, you will never want to leave the chairs loving embrace. The part of visiting dunkin donuts that will complete your experience is when you finally get your food and coffee. Sometimes it feels like eons before it comes out, but what you don't realize is that they are actually incredibly fast about powering out perfect drinks, and that the time has just slipped away with the enjoyment of the things going on around you. You take a bite of that donut...... and just fade away as if you have finally reached nirvana.
There is truly no match to the experience of dunkin donuts. except for possibly one small coffee shop in a college town I'm familiar with. An exceptional...
Read moreToday there was a middle aged Caucasian employee who aggressively yelled at me and my husband to pick up our order from the counter, except, another female employee had already given us our order. My husband, who is kind and didn’t want to make a fuss, went over to see what the problem was. It was the employee’s mistake. He almost gave us double product because he and the other workers seem to have not been communicating well about what orders were made or still needed to be made. He didn’t even apologize for his mistake or embarrassing us by loudly yelling about our order (which we’d already gotten) in the store in front of other customers and employees. Before we left, I decided I would get a sandwich and ordered from the kiosk. When the sandwich was done, it was left on the counter to get cold, as none of the employees called out our order number. Either the employee was being passive aggressive or was embarrassed from his first mistake and didn’t want to call out the number, but the only people who suffered, in terms of the poor service, was me and my husband. This is my hometown Dunkin’ so sad. Would...
Read moreSo Dunkin Donuts has always been just aight to me, but just recently I went there (today actually) and order 12 dozen variety box of donuts. And I ordered 7 of the donuts glazed. I was highly disappointed in the glazed donuts this time around, especially bc I was really craving some glazed donuts. Anyways, the donuts were in fact ironically NOT glazed. Only a quarter of the donuts were glazed-almost as if the donuts were turned upside down. I’m sure y’all know what glazed donuts look like on the opposite side and can picture what I saw when I opened the box and can understand why I am writing this review. And when I called this location to see what they could do about the donuts, they offered to have me bring them back to the store with a receipt, and told me that I could get a new box, HOWEVER the new donuts would look the same as the ones that I had brought home originally. Basically implying that the donuts wouldn’t be made fresh. I was also given the option to get a refund, but I just decided that instead I would write this review and probably refrain from visiting this...
