Absolutely love this location. Sarah, as I read on your bio in the lobby, you are doing an AMAZING job as a leader (not just a manager, a leader). The 3 men at 11:30 on 1/20/25 did a flawless job. Kept everything moving fast while all delivered an unforgettable customer experience. We really felt welcomed, as if we were family. There was an elderly gentleman who came in and spoke little English. It was definitely a challenge getting him to the order station, but again, your team executed the situation perfectly. Even with the language barrier they still gave him the same smile we left with: the wholehearted feeling of coming into the city’s new favorite sandwich shop. 10/10 recommend this location.

Ordered a Mike's Hot Honey Chicken Cheese Steak. I went to pick it up and and when I got home I noticed they forgot to add the pepperoni to my sandwich. I also had to ask for my drink cup and the individual also forgot to add my chips in the bag. I had to ask one of the guys if I can grab my chips and he asked if it was not in the bag and I said no. He apologized for it.

They forgot to make the second part of my order, then they gave me the wrong sandwich! Waited almost 20 minutes, I didn’t obtain the cooks name who was African American, but he came over twice, trying to make it right by upgrading my sandwich size and a free sub for my next visit. He completely ignored my husband who was saying thank you, and walked away twice! Very disrespectful and unprofessional. At this point we requested a refund due to the wait time and wrong order. The Manager offered a full refund and apologized for the incident and experience. My advice to this place, hire better staff who will give you better representation! Very disappointed that a recent Jersey Mike’s restaurant has such poor customer service. Will definitely NOT be...

I appreciate y'all so much! This review isn’t regarding the food (jersey mikes is my go to, no complaints). This is actually regarding the integrity of staff literally 20 minutes ago.

The person in front of the line was being pretty belittling and honestly just flat out rude to one of the young women there and yet I watched that no one responded ill towards him neither by words nor facial reactions demeanor, etc towards him.

I honestly wanna say y'all just opened and I will be back because that says a lot about a place tbh even as it’s just opening and staff is still learning.
