The service here is friendly, but unfortunately, it’s incredibly slow. Every time I visit, there’s only one person working, and they show absolutely no sense of urgency or time management. Waiting 10 minutes for a single drink (not three, just one) is frustrating, especially when there’s no line.

Management seems to be completely absent whenever I’m here, which could explain the lack of proper staffing and efficiency. If you’re planning to visit, I highly recommend ordering ahead to save yourself the wait. Ive had the absolute slowest service & almost the rudest service here. I come and order two drinks while it’s only me and one other guest in the building.

Two employees on shift , one took 15mins to make a smoothie and a juice. While NOBODY WAS IN HERE.

Also out of concern - A girl in black hair with bangs & glasses was giving out another employees shift to a customer is most definitely a safety concern especially when it’s an older gentleman asking and only girls working during this shift.
