La Michoacana Ice Cream — Restaurant in Murrieta

Rude employee. I was told that there was no hot Cheetos and cheese available then I left the store and called this store on accident while I was trying to reach a different location asked about the hot Cheetos with cheese and was told they did have them and I can come in and get them. When I realized I called the store I had just left instead of the new store. So they basically lied! Also called to speak to the manager. I’m guessing the same lady must have been the one that picked up the phone didn’t want me to speak to the manager and claimed she didn’t speak English when I had walked into the store she clearly spoke English. Nothing wrong with not speaking English but I’m starting to think this lady is constantly lying to customers. I ordered from this place through grub hub for the first time today and it will be my last. It was a terrible first time experience. One of the items I ordered got cancelled with no explanation as to why they cancelled it. My delivery person called me to try to substitute the item with another one so I thought I was still getting 2 items like I originally had ordered but he showed up to my house with just the tejuino that I ordered and it tasted disgusting to top it off. Terrible service. The woman at the counter was hiding in the back and ignored us when walked in. She had a negative attitude the entire time. After we paid she hid in the back. We waited and called out because we wanted to purchase something else but she never reappeared. We only got ice cream pops and scoops so we cannot rate the other items. ICE CREAM WAS DELICIOUS!
