Siggys Restaurant — Restaurant in Murrieta

This is hands down the worst experience that I have ever had at this restaurant. As you can see from the picture of my "Rib-eye Strak" not even in the reality side of a Rib-eye. A little under cooked of medium rear as ordered. The manager was kind enough to substitute the veggies for extra mash potatoes, so there's that. The potatoes were luke warm at best and the gravy was cold, thick, unfavorable and way too much. The dinner roll was delayed for some reason, so after about 6 minutes of waiting for it I approached the front counter and asked. The girls up front had no idea what the word customer service ment, lack of training and experience for sure. They asked the manager who was in the kitchen, he said, "Oh shoot, give me a few seconds." I the noticed him set a timer on the microwave, pick up a dirty rag and wipe down the cooking are, then grab my roll with his hands a place it on a plate. The roll stuck to the plate and was so hard and tough, I just gave up. I also ordered a strawberry shake, in all fairness it was great but wasn't bad. I would definitely avoid this location, it seems that food safety is not being followed nor cared about. My past experience at the Temecula location has always been satisfying, but they should close the Murrieta location for health reasons above all. I will also be sending other food violations to the health department and hope change...

Please read and understand this review. I love coming to this restaurant. The food is good and the staff is friendly. My wife and I have been coming since we moved in to the area in 2013. Today we walked in and there was a dog in the restaurant. Not a service dog, a family dog. A DOG!!! I do not care how well you say your dog is trained. The fact is they are an animal and will do as animals do when they need to go to the bathroom. No one says anything anymore. People are so afraid to offend other people. 30 or 40 years ago we did not have pets on planes, in grocery stores, restaurants, and hotels. We have become so needy and sensitive. What happens when you find an animal hair in your food or a dog pee's next to you in one of the above places. You will be upset and the business will loose money all because some weak minded individual cant be without their pet. I will...

Order to California burritos pancakes two eggs and sausage. We arrive home and the burritos are 90% tortilla 5 cube steak chunks pound of sour cream a couple potatoes and it was $12.50 a burrito. Pancakes were good eggs were over easy cook just right sausage seem to have been sitting out a while but overall good. I called the restaurant and mentioned that the burritos were subpar and the manager obliged to replace them and make them better due to new hirees in training. Overall I would not go to this place too often. Customer service wasn't too professional seems as if they did not want to be there no please thank yous or I'm grateful to have serve you.
