The owner is amazing. I recently purchased a condo and needed a couch. I had looked all over the place. I saw sofa spectrum on my way to lunch one afternoon. Stopped in to look at their furniture. They have a nice selection in store, a lot more in their catalog and on line. I normally do not purchase anything from a catalog or on line as I am always worried it won’t look the same when I receive it. He reassured me it would be the same but, the color might be a little lighter than the catalog. He was very honest with me which I appreciate more than anything. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was very patient with me. I did not feel pressured to buy anything as I had felt in the bigger stores. Once I ordered the couch It took less than a week to be delivered to his store. He even took the time to help me load it up in my car. While picking up the couch I saw a coffee table he had just received for display. He was so kind to let me buy that instead of wait for delivery. This review is very much overdue! With all that's going on in the world, it's refreshing when you patronize a store and the customer service is excellent. We purchased our custom sized sectional at Sofa Spectrum several years ago; best investment ever. Paul and Lisa came to our house, took measurements, and years later, it still looks amazing and we get tons of compliments on it. More recently, my husband surprised me with an Infinity massage chair. I can honestly say that chair paid for itself in the first two weeks. We got an awesome healthcare professional discount, and that chair gets used on the daily, sometimes multiple times a day! Why do we keep going back to Sofa Spectrum? The biggest reason is the customer service. You don't experience this type of service very much nowadays. We purchased our sofas from Mor furniture store and even purchased the extra insurance in case of rips and tears and since purchasing we had horrible customer service! They won't return our calls and have yet been able to make a claim. Since then I've dreaded having to shop for more furniture but I'm now 8 months pregnant and recently transitioned from the Marine Corps after 9 years so my body has been extremely worn down. I recently went into Sofa Spectrum hoping to find a good massage chair and not only did the owner, Paul, give us a great military discount on the chair but also had it delivered within a week or two! The customer service was exceptional and the chair was worth every penny! I was unable to stand for longer than 10 mins at a time but since we received the chair I have felt so much stronger! We now don't have to waste our money on massages or accupunture. The chair also meshes well with our current livingr layout!
