LOOK NO FURTHER FOR YOUR CAR AUDIO NEEDS Let me start by saying these guys did an awesome install for my 2011 Honda Civic! It took them a little over 5 hours but it was worth the wait... Kevin the installer was a pro for sure. Ray knew exactly what my vehicle needed for what I wanted to get done. I was going to pay cash originally to get just 4 pioneers 6.5's and two DUAL 10" enclosures with amps inside installed that i bought somewhere else.
But here's the kicker (no pun intended), I was sitting there watching Netflix of all things and I saw a sign on his door for SNAP! financing. Needless to say, Ray gave me the info and I applied (which was quick and easy) and I was approved for way more than I needed with 0% 100 days same as cash. So after thinking about it I got the Dual Dimm Pioneer touchscreen head unit with all the bells and whistles, which they matched the price from a local retail competitor. I wanted and a really nice backup camera with a mic.
After a little longer wait than expected and quality service with a 1 year warranty I feel like a teenager in my car again! Thank You A-Z Car Audio! They will be my go-to place for my car audio even though they're a little out of the way for me. One thing they could've done a little better was cleanup of little pieces from installing, but hey, nothing can be perfect and Kevin was probably really tired, LOL! I had my stereo changed by one of thier pioneer systems. I was told it would stick out a half an inch from the dash and I decided that was fine. Spent $1,500 on parts and service.
What I got was not what I wanted... the display stuck out from the dash at least an inch, the phone audio didnt work, a tacky microphone was added to the dashboard by cutting into the plastic and I couldn't find how to access the car's features.
I called back after a couple days and was told no refunds, regardless of the services promised were not delievered. Store credit was offered, but thier selection is very limited regarding other options. They told me they would call me back the next day. After three days, no call.
I called at that point and was told to drive to another shop and have the tech look at it. Once again, no refund was accepted or even entertained. The tech was able to find the cars special features and potientially fix the phone issue, but at time I lost faith and didn't want to waste anymore of my time with this company. In my opinion, a business like this should get it done right the first time.
Any business that doesn't guarantee thier product with a refund if dissatisfied can't be trusted! Not sure how there is such a good rating for this business. ...

I pulled in this morning and the store was not open 10-15 minutes after 10am. I waited.
Then finally went and talked to the tint guy next store, I came back, 20 mins later, the door was open, I went inside, no one was there!?! I waited about another 7-10 minutes, then finally spoke up in case anyone was in the back behind the closed black interior locked gate/door.
No answer.
There was a white truck parked out front with three people talking. Prior to hoping into the car I lingered to see if they were associated with the business.
I guess they were not. Because they would have the courtesy to say, “Hi, be right with you or can I help you” those people said nothing. 🤷🏽
I could have walked over and asked them if they were associated with the business right!?! However quality service dictates that would be their job.
Yet It also was a test to see what their ability to provide quality service, friendliness and normal human interaction and the likes, was. I mean seeings as a customer willing to trust them with my Convertable and my cash.
