The Camp Transformation Center — Local services in Murrieta

This place is only awesome because of all TRAINERS well except Autumn she’s a joke! but without them this place is nothing... The only reason this place is successful is because Rome and Eileen who brings people in. Only reason why I came back for the second time...The owner only care how much sales revenues she has everyday...... this place charge you you arm and leg to top it of the products are also really expensive.... but guess how much they pay for their stuff nothing. The stuff are actually the only people thats making this place money... the owner is at home... so if you have a questions the owner is nowhere to be found... the stuff only say email the owner... Does she even respond? Heck’s no! She will not respond to you! Like what she did to my friend.

My friend did a 6 week challenge... 2weeks into it, my friend got injured and the worst part she injured her back... She went to see a Doctor and to see if anything broken... of course she did! So the DR. Advice her not to go on working out what so ever... The DR. Gave her the diagnosis and to bring it to the CAMP Temecula Transformation to make sure they are aware that she cannot continue with the challenge... this is what happen.,, my friend then took the Dr. note to the CAMP and told the she can no longer do the challenge so to back injury... they then told my friend to EMAIL Stephanie Drum the owner... let me remind you this happen around June 2018. My friend Email the owner so many times that it is now 2019 no RESPONSE? Are you serious? Is this how you handle business? By ignoring your client? If don’t want to refund her money? At least acknowledge the person by answering her email not ignoring her. So unprofessional! Is this the kind of place you want to get involved! No! People don’t know... go somewhere and workout... somewhere where people actually cares about you not just your money. Until now my friend still wait for her response....

The communication does not exist. The people are super nice to your face when wanting you to sign a contract. During the orientation, the employee pressured me to participate. For example, the employee (sale's person) would keep on saying "there is only a few spots left." This was mentioned more than 6 times. Being pressured!!! I signed the contract, but I told the employee I will need to consult my doctor first. She said, not a problem..if your doctor doesn't allow you to participate then we will give your deposit back. My doctor said, "no" to the program. I returned to the "The Transformation Center" to receive my refund. First, the employees said no the refund could not be issued. Immediately, the employee pulled out the contract and said" there is a $100.00 cancellation fee." I told her my situation and the sale's person promised to refund our deposit. She said, here is Stephanie and Mary's business cards and you will need to talk with them. I emailed Mary (great person!!!) and she responded in a timely matter. Finally, Stephanie the owner agreed to give my deposit back. The next day, I went to pickup the check. Guess What!!! no check was written. I called for the next couple of days and got the run around. finally, being frustrated I called the place and told them i was going to take them to court. Stephanie (the owner) got on the phone and said if i kept on calling she wasn't going to refund my money and hung up the phone. I called back to speak with her in a calmer voice. An employee answered the phone. I asked for Stephanie and said she was unavailable. The employee said, "I have customers" and hung up the phone. This company is very unprofessional. Be careful before signing the contract. Plus, the cost of the program isn't...

I had a very bad experience with this place. I went to the information meeting. I was very impressed with the testimonies. I was not even surprised about having to pay $497 for the challenge and then getting your money back when you succeed. After all 20 lbs., in 6 weeks is very reasonable. However, I was shocked when I asked a question and the owner turned it into an "all out argument". My question was "How is the training set up? Is it a large group or 5 students to 1 trainer? What will it look like?" He went off!!!! He said give me your application because I don't want you in the program. I was totally caught off guard by his response. I was planning on joining the program and wanted to move some things around financially so that my husband could join as well. Now, I was offended for how I was being treated! How do you come to an information meeting, then you are encouraged to ask questions, and the person goes off because you ask a question. I quickly said I am leaving because I don't like what is happening here. This mans blocks my way from leaving the facility because he wants the application back. I say I am not giving you anything. He says he is going to call the police. I say, "Please call the police." He then tells two very buff men not to allow me to leave with my application. I felt very threatened and afraid. The two men happened to be gentlemen and wanted to answer any questions that I had. But I told them from all that has transpired, there is no way I want to join this program. I asked them to call the police. They did not call the police. So I just left. I have never heard of someone treating potential customers with such disrespect. I would not recommend this fitness...
