Solaris Beer & Blending — Restaurant in Murrieta

For a microbrew, this place has some very tasty beers and beer blends. The menu was small but mighty with a good amount of different types of beers ranging from light and drinkable to sours to IPAs to blends of beer aged in whiskey and wine barrels! We got a couple of drinkable beers (fun beer names that switch out now and then) along with a flight of 5 4oz beers. With the 7 different beer types, we tried they were all good. Inside there is lots of room with many tables and outdoor seating where you can find bands and other fun events scheduled each week. Very modern design inside. Clean bathrooms and parking spots are easy to get to. While they do not serve food you can always find a food truck parked out front and there are some tasty food trucks. Our experience was uncomfortable to say the least. Waited at the bar for 15 mins before getting served, not before though, recieving a snarky comment from manbun, who had just finished running his hands through his greasy hair before serving us. Both servers were stressed out and overworked while most of the work was put onto the chicka while man bun chatted it up with customers. Weird vibes going on, decor kind of pretentious, not family freindly. All that to say, the beer is definitely a highlight, very good brews but not going back as not worth the hassle.

You were not that busy, our order was also not correct. Poor training seems to be the issue and maybe stepping in to help your overwhelmed employees is a new practice you could implement for yourself instead of just walking behind the bar to top off...

Exceptional nice brewery to hang out at. They have a great selection of beer to choose from. Along with the popular offerings, they also have some of the most unique beer that you will find anywhere in Temecula. The tasting room also climate controlled which makes it a great pick for a hot day. They also offer fantastic non alcoholic alternatives that are made at this brewery and snacks to enjoy. Catnip Killer Hop Water is excellent.
