i’ve always loved little ceasars because it’s fast, the food is good, and the prices are reasonable. the reason why i am rating this place 1 star is NOT because of the food… it’s because of one specific employee. i would state her name, but i’m gonna be merciful here and spare her the embarrassment. however i’m sure if her, or her manager sees this comment they’re gonna know exactly who i’m talking about. i arrived at the pizza place at 6:00pm, and i didn’t leave until 7:15pm… i waited there for 1 hour and 15 minutes just for a simple classic pepperoni pizza. i waited in the drive through for about 20 minutes and the line wasn’t long at all, so i know for a fact that the poor service wasn’t caused due to the place being too busy. it was relatively empty. when i finally got to the pick up window, the girl asked me what my order was and i told her it was a classic pepperoni pizza. i waited there by the pick up window for at least another 10 minutes thinking that they were getting my order ready… they didn’t. the same girl came back up to the window and asked me AGAIN what my order was. i repeated it to her twice. then i had to wait another 10 minutes just for her to tell me that they “lost my pizza” and they “didn’t know where it went” and then told me to park in the parking lot and she will bring it out to me in 20 minutes when it’s done. i was already very frustrated with the wait so i wasn’t happy with having to park and wait another extra 20 minutes all over a simple pepperoni pizza. anyways 20 minutes passed and nobody came to car to give me the pizza. i was tired of waiting so i decided to go inside to check on my order. when i came inside, the same girl looked at me and said “do i know you??” when she was the same exact girl who took my order, and told me to wait. i told her for the THIRD time that i was the person who ordered a classic pepperoni pizza and that i’ve been waiting almost an hour in the parking lot. then her brain cells finally produced a thought and recognized who i was. she told me that she “totally forgot” that i was waiting. her manager came out and scolded her for completely forgetting that i was waiting for over an hour. she kept telling her manager that she thought she already gave me my pizza but obviously she didn’t. then the girl asked me “what was your order again?” i couldn’t believe it. i had to repeat my order FIVE times TOTAL to this girl and she STILL could not understand what i was saying. absolutely ridiculous! i totally understand waiting for a while if they were busy, but they weren’t busy and i had to wait over an hour all because the girl forgot that i was waiting in the parking lot when she specifically told me to wait there. she had absolutely NO IDEA what she was doing, and couldn’t comprehend that all i wanted was a simple pepperoni pizza even though i repeated my order to her FIVE TIMES!! i highly doubt she passed elementary school, that’s how severely incompetent she was. i don’t understand how someone with such low intelligence would qualify for this job. it’s not like i had a complex order or bought multiple pizzas.. it was literally just 1 pizza. plain and simple. well apparently it wasn’t that simple to her because she was clearly incapable of doing her job. i don’t know if she was new or not, but someone like her should not be working unsupervised and DEFINITELY needs to be trained over and over again. i can’t speak for the manger, but me personally i would NEVER let someone so imbecile keep working at my establishment. this job is clearly wayyyyy too hard for her and she should start looking at other jobs that are easier for her to perform since simply giving someone a pizza is just beyond her qualifications. if i come back and she is still working there, i expect her to actually know what she is doing and remember someone’s order so that way the customer doesn’t have to repeat it to her multiple times like she’s Dori from Nemo. i have hope that she will learn from this experience and do better next time because that type of customer service is way...
Read moreHad thee absolute worst experience I have ever had at ANY food establishment. My visit was approx 2 weeks ago but I chose to wait to post my review to be sure I was not acting hateful or crude. After ordering and listening back to be sure my order was taken correctly, I drove to the drive up window expecting it to be a pretty quick encounter. I chose not to take a receipt but then when she attempted to hand our order to me, I noticed it was short, so I told her it was missing an order of crazy bread. The employee stared at me like she couldn't comprehend what I was saying. So I then just asked for the receipt. She then laid my items across the counter and began banging things around the register area (mouse, different cords, phone). After my order sitting there at the drive thru window counter top for about 4 min with her increasingly being aggravated, I knocked on the window and told her just forget it. The receipt is not important I just want to leave. Again, she just ignored me and started tossing stuff around. At that point, my anger had grown and I blatantly told her give me my order, I was not waiting any longer. She then THREW my bag out of the drive thru window into/towards my open car door and slammed the window shut. My husband at that point went into the store, wanting her name but was not pleasantly greeted by the same employee yelling "OH MY GOD REALLY" and refusing to give her name. If that is the kind of employees Lil Caesars chooses to have, its a wonder they stayed in business this long. All I can say is do better and that girls parents most definitely need to take a refresher course at teaching respect...
Read moreI have been a customer since they opened a few years back, and aside from a slightly limited menu, I have never had a problem with either my food nor service. I can honestly say as a customer, the only real issue is OTHER customers. The ones who don't plan ahead, who whine, complain and make a scene because they believe they are special and above the people working there. It's The OTHER Customers whom I have ever had issues with, not the staff. I can recall a time when they were having an issue with their machines, and while I didn't get an immediate answer as to why I couldn't get food (as I thought it was a debit/credit/electronic payment issue) I did get an answer - the internet wasn't working. (yeah I didn't get it at first either). Needless to say; when I stopped by the next day to address a concern, my concern was handled professionally. That's one of the reasons I go back to Little Caesars. I hope though, in the near future, the HQ will give them more of a menu. It'd be nice to...
