Subway — Restaurant in Muskego

Absolutely appalling customer service. My hubby had a #10 and I the JJBLT but I asked for no cheese & with guacamole. Sat down took one bite, no guacamole in my sandwich. Went back inside to get guacamole they said I have to see your receipt to make sure you were charged. The guy said I dont think she charged you. Then he said it's under the cheese which I quickly replied I have no cheese on my sandwich. I assured him she did charge me for the guacamole.. So I walked back outside to get my receipt to show him. He said okay here and gave me the guacamole in a cup. I said can I have a plastic fork or knife to put it on. He looked left and the right , and said we don't have one. So I asked how am I suppose to put it on my sandwich then. He proceeds to say to me he doesn't know & that its not his problem. I walked out to cool off and Went next door to Vintage Grounds who happily supplied me with a plastic knife. The rude kid that said that to me was in the back & never came back out when I walked back in to speak to the manager. Told the manager the situation , all he said to me was your complaint is noted and I will handle it. On top of that another girl also tried throwing the poor cashier girl under the bus because she heard me ask for the manager, stating she didn't give them the ticket. I quickly corrected her and said I watched her reach around and hang it right in front of him.. I shop local here all the time and have never been treated so poorly by any of the kids in this area ever and we have lived here for 20 yrs. Hope the management really takes care of this like they said. Unfortunately now it will be a while before we give the muskego JJ...

Now that they have a shield on the meat cooling island, customer cannot see anymore. Tuna sub had the thinnest layer of tuna ever. I glanced over thru the veggie counter and could not see tuna. Did not say anything. Next sub comes thru, BLT. Asked how many bacon strips were on there. Thought about ordering extra cuz I couldn't see bacon on bread. She said 8 pieces of bacon were under the cheese. Nope. Got home. 3 pieces of bacon. The first few times I ordered from here it was great. Food was good and done right. Then the last two time (one includes today 12-19) my orders have been wrong. It’s either the wrong bread, toppings, or meat. The service here has also gotten worse but it’s always the same lady working. She’s always been pretty snotty towards me but now more than ever. She asked for my name and I told her bc I had an online order and she didn’t hear me so she very disrespectfully asked me for my name again and every time I finally get my food she tosses it in the counter and looks at me disgusted.
