I will start with the positives. The staff was friendly and the interior was decorated nicely.
There were some crumbs on the floor, but seemed otherwise clean.
The prices were reasonable.
We waited about 15 minutes for our food.
Now for the bad. I ordered the buffalo chicken burger, which came with fries and I paid the upcharge to get a 6 piece order of wings with it (cajun flavor). My chicken sandwich was ok. But just ok, nothing really stood out about it.
The fries were obviously the same crinkle cut fries that we can buy for home and bake, from any local grocer. No real flavor and not seasoned. They were at least cooked properly and even crispy on the ends.
The wings were tiny and I didn't taste any real flavor on them. Probably the most disappointing thing coming from a place with "Wings" in the name. They were likely the frozen grocery variety as well.
My daughters fries and nuggets were more of the same.
My girlfriend got the philly cheesesteak sandwich and a side of onion rings.
The sandwich was hot and fresh, but extremely bland. The onion rings didn't have much onion flavor and were not seasoned.
In summary, while being cooked properly, the food quality, price, and service time all fall short of fast food standards. Best guess, everything comes in frozen and is at grocery store frozen food aisle quality. The food...
Read moreI always order my food here every time you give me a number two combo and a number I think it’s six and the first time they messed up my order I called and complain and they say either to take it back so they can fix it or just bring it back so I can get my money back. In general, some people don’t have time to go back to go get either their money back or fix your meal so in my situation I just called just to tell them y’all messed up my order. The customer service when I gave a call was very bad. I feel like people that work there to treat people and when I mean people Right I understand if people have bad days or whatever but don’t put your bad days on somebody who didn’t have nothing to do with that when you work work to work cause that’s was paying you so that should keep your attitude a little bit better at work now, I understand if I was coming at you, but this wasn’t the case. Besides the point what I’m trying to say the customer service is bad they need to work on it if somebody’s calling you guys to complain about the food be messed up or something on the food you guys should either have them go back or give them the money back Now they just calling you to complain and letting you guys know for the next time it won’t happen that’s when you just say OK there’s no need to get all rude...
Read moreI came here shortly after they opened. The place looks amazing inside! My wait was quite long, but to be expected as they were hopping busy. After I received the order, I took it back to the shop and we ate it. However, we had a bit of miscommunication between the gal whom rang in our order and the kitchen staff (who I believe may have been the owner at this point due to having few people to work.) Our Buffalo Chicken Phillies did not have chicken on them, but beef. After eating, I was curious, thinking maybe they are supposed to be made that way, so I decided to call and inquire on how the sandwich would be made. The owner answered promptly, and actually recalled my exact order, telling me she was just as confused as me when she saw the order did not say Buffalo Chicken Phillies, but simply Buffalo Phillies... Still, it was not bad food at all, actually fair food for the cheap prices! Was I a bit disappointed with my sandwich? Yes, but the owner was quite polite, professional, and very understanding of my issue. I will definitely be coming back here in the future, and I hope that they give me a reason to give this place a 5 star!
