Was very disappointed with the customer service. The employees didn’t know how to communicate or smile. They acted like they hated being there and were more interested watching Netflix on the tv then assisting with my order. Our subs were soggy and don’t even get me started on the baked potato soup. It was like it was almost empty so they added water to the container and served us potato water. Simply, tell us you ran out of soup. Now I wasted my money. The customer service was just crazy bad, very entitled to workers not caring about respect and wouldn’t even answer basic questions, like when I said the soda machine was all water coming out. You need to either train your employees better, or start fresh. What a joke. I would ask for my money back or something to justify this horrible experience seeing how I paid over 40 dollars for 2 subs and 2 cups of soup, but I don’t ever plan on coming back to this location. Absolutely disgraceful. Also the guy ( who looked to be new) is as higher than a kite. They should all be ashamed with themselves that they think it’s okay to work in a customer service oriented job and treat people the way they do. They aren’t going anywhere in life. Sadly, after seeing them and their attitude…. I didn’t know expect much from the min I walked in… and I was right. Will be getting ahold of corporate as well. Fire your employees, now before you are...
Read moreI don’t know what it is about this location but the employees must hate their jobs because almost every time I order from here I get treated like I’m an inconvenience and my order is never right. When I called my order in today the lady who took my order on the phone kept saying “yup” “uh huh” and didn’t give me a time frame nor confirmed what I had ordered, I had to do that for them. This location needs some good lessons on genuine customer service because you don’t treat people that way. I had to wait for 5 minutes for someone to take my order when I called and it sounded like there was a lot of “messing around” between co workers while I was on the phone waiting to place my order. I am all about having fun on the job but their is a time and a place and it’s not appropriate to make your customers wait at the sake of you having...
Read moreIt was my first visit to a Firehouse Sub shop. I had a club type sandwich (Hero, I think they called it). The sandwich was generous, tasty, and prepared in a reasonable amount of time. Their prices seem a tad higher than S_bway. But the meat does seem to be a bit higher quality.
The only complaints I had was that it was extremely hard to eat this thing without it falling apart. You need a plate under it, and lots of napkins after using your fingers to try to repeatedly reassemble it.
Also, I would have preferred to place a mobile order. But I was paying with a gift card, and they don't allow those for mobile orders or online orders (they need...
