Pita Place has such incredible food—seriously, it’s some of the best around. I used to be a regular, and it was always my go-to spot when I wanted something fresh and delicious. But ever since the hours changed, it’s been really difficult for me to enjoy it anymore. I work first shift, and unfortunately, the new schedule just doesn’t align with when I’m able to stop by.
It’s been months since I’ve had the chance to eat there, and I really miss it. I’ve tried to figure out ways to make it work, but between my work schedule and their hours, I haven’t been able to. I completely understand that businesses adjust hours for all sorts of reasons, and I’m sure the change was made with a lot of thought. Still, it’s hard not to feel a bit disappointed when one of my favorite places is no longer accessible during the times I’m free.
I hope there’s some flexibility in the future, or maybe even a special weekday option, so those of us with daytime jobs can enjoy their amazing food again. It’s truly something I’ve been craving, and I’d love to support them again if the...
Read morePulled up to order some pita. speaker says “welcome to pita place, please place your order when ready”.
Now anyone who has been to a fast food joint in the last 15 years knows that there are often pre recorded messages that say ‘order when ready’ but then when you start to order, they say please hold on a minute, bc the auto message just plays and sometimes, they aren’t ready yet.
So I pleasantly respond “I’m ready when you are” only to be met with the haughtiest, rudest tone ever “”LIKE I SAID, whenever YOU’RE ready!”
You would’ve have thought, by this guys tone, that it was actually a woman, with a short bob who likes to storm out of PTA meetings and complain about school lunch options for her gluten free kid.
Sir- you are WAY too bothered to be working at a drive thru. I suggest you sit with yourself a moment and contemplate that if you hate fresh, delicious food to the point you had to put out my pita like that, you should probably be working somewhere else. Like, the DMV. Way to represent an otherwise fine, local establishment. Do better...
Read moreWe love the Pita Place! We've been going here for years. Whether we drive thru or go in to eat, the food is always great and they always serve us with a smile.
I pretty much always get the same thing. It's my absolute favorite thing they do. It's a salad with chicken, strawberries and cucumbers and it has this lemon, poppy seed dressing that makes it taste so incredible. Sometimes it comes with a piece of warm pita bread that just seals the deal!
My boyfriend is a big fan of the gyro supreme. I've never had it but it sure looks good. The pita chips with the fresh hummus is so good too. The chips fresh and warm ... Well they are better than a potato chip any day.
They only bad thing I have to say is that the restaurant isn't closer to my house so that I could eat there all the time!!! Or maybe that's a good thing...I guess. But it really is a fantastic...
