They do not follow through on their promises. I was sold a phone, PROMISED to be unlocked for any carrier. He lied. It was one of the guys with an accent. Then when I went to get it onto Sprint, they said no can do. They wanted to wipe the esn and the imei number. In other words, take a sprint locked phone which was considered stolen at that time (I did not know this at the start) and they wanted to fool sprint into thinking it was a brand new phone. I agree to let them try. Then another tech guy promised 100% it would be done and guaranteed it would work in 1-3 business days. I call on the third business day to be told they canāt do anything and now need to do a firmware update that will cost me $85.00. Excuse me? Iām not paying you to fix what you promised to have done for me. So I got them to buy back the phone for $400.00. So they not only made me loose money, they got an awesome phone out of it. They will probably firmware update and sell as new like they did to me. Also, I was told by the first guy that it was brand new never been used never been opened, even though there was a note in the Samsung notes meaning it was used. The "repair" was subpar at best, within a hour the screen was separating for rest of the phone. The repair guy went though my phone, multiple apps that I never used was open. I intentionally closed app my apps before dropping it off. During the second repair. They broke the finger print reader. They said they would call me when the part is in. A month later no word only to find out they had the part in weeks ago just never called.
