The manager is one of those snapping neck talking smart for absolutely no reason people, (I am sure she did not do that to get the job thought, just to customers) maybe because she is mad at life I do not know. I was in the drive thru no cars behind me, none in front of me. So, because they changed the way that their menu was (how it looked) we were trying to figure out where what we normally order is even still on the menu, and if not we would just order something else. So, I guess we were too slow for the manager she got on the speaker and said in a very rude pop neck way. "is there something I can find for you" I said nobody is behind me, silence then I just pulled off. I called the store and the attitude manger answered the phone, I told her it is not what she said, but how she said it. She stated that POPEYS is on a timer, she lied not at that restaurant I have a relative that worked there so the manager not only have a bad attitude she lied. I asked her for the general manager phone number she said that she cannot give it to me. Read moreWelp, an hour ago I ordered online, before I left my house, at least 7 min away, and I got there and was asked to pull forward to wait. The car behind me got their food before me, and we were the only 2 cars in line. Then, when I got my food, the "chicken tender 5 piece" looked like 7 tiny pieces, the boneless buffalo wings looked like it dried under a heat lamp for 45 min, and it was dry, not dipped in sauce, as advertised. They gave us 3 small bags, half full of chewy fries, instead of the 2 large bags we were supposed to get, and the blackened ranch (one extra that I paid for) and the 2 desserts were completely missing. Unfortunately id forgotten id ordered the desserts, (something I don't normally do) but I did notice the sauces were missing. I had to go inside to ask if I could have them, but they were out... and they were out of regular ranch. The only redeeming quality, was the person behind the counter, who seemed very pleasant and I could tell felt bad they were out of everything. If I'd remembered my dessert, I'd have certainly asked for my money back, but jeez, that seems like something the worker should inform you about, no? Corporate, if your out of so much, just close your store! Or at least don't steal...
Read moreWe pulled in at around 10pm as sign said now open late. We went to go in and doors were locked. We then went thru drive thru and ordered a 12 pc chicken meal. We were asked 2 different times chicken or tenders and each time we said chicken. They then told us to hold on. The young lady came back on the speaker and finally said ok and we asked to get some bbq and ranch dip also. She then again asked if we wanted chicken or tenders. We again stated chicken. When we got to window to pay we also asked for ketchup and salt which she said yes. She also told us our order would take 15 minutes and asked if we wanted to wait. We said yes and pulled around building where she told us to. 15 minutes later a young man came out with our order and was very apologetic about the wait and said fryer had broken down but they got it running. He explained he put to cheese cakes in for us along with extra sauce because of the wait. We thanked him and when got home it was so delicious and was worth the wait but they forgot the ketchup and salt. With all that going on we understood how they could forget. It was our first experience to Popeyes and even though we had to wait it was worth it....
