I’m not one to normally review places especially if I’m unhappy with them. However, I’ve had terrible experiences here. I’ve tried to maintain a positive attitude and justify simple mistakes, but it has gotten to the point where the cleanliness, attitudes from the workers, and quality of the food and drinks are appalling. There were flies and bees absolutely everywhere, coffee all over the floor by the register, and it was absolutely disgusting in there. I genuinely can’t believe food and drinks were being served there. If I had known how dirty it was, I never would’ve gone through the drive thru previously. The last couple weeks, I have gotten the wrong order 4 times as well. I’m not too picky so in the beginning I truly didn’t mind too much. Then, today, I ordered what I typically do at the drive thru and it tasted awful. It was almost as if it was sour, but I’m unsure. I went inside and the girl at the register was very sweet. I didn’t ask for a refund or anything, I just asked if she could remake it for me and that it wasn’t too big of a deal. As I said before- mistakes happen and I wasn’t too bothered by it. After this interaction, I noticed one of the other girls made a funny face as if I was in the wrong. I’m always nervous enough telling someone when my order is wrong as it is, and she made me feel worse about it. This obviously hit a nerve and made me pretty irritated. I was just going to let it go, but then every worker there (maybe 5 or 6 of them?) started whispering directly in front of me and my friend and they were very obviously talking about us. Naturally, I was pretty angry about it. Once my drink was remade, I took it and thanked the girl at the register and she was still very kind and professional about it. Once I got to my car, I took a sip and it tasted the same. Sour and disgusting. At this point, I didn’t want to cause any trouble, so I dumped it out in the parking lot and just left with my friend without asking for a refund or anything. He was also very unhappy with his drink, so we both agreed to never come back here because he was having some issues with previous orders as well. Between the cleanliness, attitudes, and quality of what I’ve paid for, I wouldn’t recommend this...
Read moreDuring Covid, only drive-thru is available. Drive-through always seems to be very lengthy in wait time... large variety of hot and cold beverages coffees teas, iced drinks include Red Bull and fruit ice drinks. I typically get a 24 ounce iced or hot mocha mocha with an extra shot and the cost is 6.99.. from the the beverages that I've had there is a good flavor, my mocha mocha with extra shot as a chocolate and yet strong coffee taste. They do offer minimal food such as muffins, cookies and breakfast sandwich. They do have a lot of promotionals on social media and print ads that offer bogos for your drinks, and free shot Friday... compared to other coffee shops like Brooklyn Bagels where I can get the same drink size for around a $1.50 LESS.... I do prefer the rich and Boulder flavors of Biggby I'm an avid coffee drinker and I have stopped there literally every day, half the time I leave because the line contains at least and 10-15 vehicles during peak times. Most the time throughout the day if I'm getting coffee it's probably a 4-6 car wait... My recommendation would be to fix the congestion with more staff and maybe double order lines.. Also loving coffee I found recently that Vietnamese coffee and teas are the best ever in the world, strong bold sweet. I've driven a Holland from Muskegon on several occasions just to get a Vietnamese coffee. The Asian culture takes great pride in their coffee and tea products.. If you have not tried one I truly suggest...
Read moreThis was the very first time I've come to this location and I am very dissatisfied. I love biggby, I always choose their drinks over other places. And I will continue to do that. I've been to the other locations and they are always willing to add peanut butter to any of the drinks I choose. One time, a girl even helped me figure out the best drink to add peanut butter to. I just don't understand how this location says that none of the Biggby's are supposed to add peanut butter and yet they are the only location that refused to add it. Don't get me wrong, the person who helped me was very nice, but the girl who was making the drinks was very rude to us. I wouldnt even be upset if it weren't for the fact that she was rude. It kinda irritated me. I just don't understand how one place refuses to do something that every other place has done for me. Especially if none of them are supposed to do it? I get it, peanut allergies, I take that serious, but if they aren't allowed to do it then none of...
